Taurus-Libra is great I won't even lie. Even when we were done we knew we'd be friends, pretty natural when you considered getting married to one another.
Then why don’t they just be together and get fuck on then. I have a few exes that I am “friends”’with, but I have boundaries especially when in a relationship. From what I can tell she doesn’t engage or respond... but he is always reaching out. He likes her IG posts and she doesn’t like anything he post. So I don’t get it.

The first time I noticed this 'infatuation' of sorts with the ex, I blatantly told him to go back to her and work it out with her. He said, we are just friends... and I bought it. It's really sad.

To the OP's point, yes we can get over our ex's, but the person has to be awesome for us to completely move on, and sometimes it takes a long time for that to happen based on how long the bull was with said ex. In your case, your bull sounds kinda like a prick in bringing it up to your face like that, almost like a passive way of presenting that he's not that into you sadly. I'd dip if I were you, he sounds kinda immature, unless you want to prove to him that you're way better than his ex, which is going to take time and dedication on your part.
IME I'm still friends with my ex's, and only wish nothing but the best for them. I was at a birthday party for a Pisces ex earlier this year, and I saw her Aqua BF propose to her and all I felt for her was utter happiness. It was such a sweet night.
I also saw my Scorpio ex recently at my cousins birthday, and it was cool kicking it and catching up, but there was absolutely zero attraction on my end. It's just always good to maintain the peace, especially when they've had such a influence on the person you've become. If there's no bitterness, why hold negativity towards a person?
