The average guy can't handle his woman earning more. There is nothing wrong w that but it depends on whether his ego will be hurt 😒
Most guys have trouble with it.... not all but most
Posted by -DamousI was 3 years deep w/ her making all the money. Didn’t bother me at all that she provided.
I was upset that I couldn’t provide, period lol
and what about her?

she doesn't know that you're upset?
do you think it affected the relationship and how you treated her?

is it true that relationships don't last very long when the main provider between them is the female?
how true do you think this is, if..... at all?
what in the chart will point to the financial power dynamics within a relationship?
I would compare it to the level of petty but nothing serious...
My husband and I have been together a long time, with a divorce in there.
When dating, it was status, independence, or power more so than the actual money. Sometimes, they get jealous of your car. That's like the first sign. Or, they pick up on something about you that's a "give-away" that you were raised with money and it will annoy them. Older guys... not so much or at all. I think being black it's a surprise outside of the norm so they have to sit with it a moment. When you start feeling like Molly Ringwald in "The Breakfast Club" I ghost.

I forgot your astrology question. There's alot of possibilities but my experience and chart covers alot. I have Jupiter in the 2nd house and Part of Fortune in the 10th. Jupiter is in a grand air trine. I'm Venus dom (cause alot of trines to Venus).
Once, I dated a guy that started making me feel uncomfortable in this area/your topic. I did a composite chart and a fucking Yod was pointing at the second house - it was over.
its a win win for me.
I smash you good and you fall in love. I don't have to buy you anything.... and you will pay for some dates. Why is that a problem.

what things did he do?
pretended his money/wallet got stolen?
then right after invented some physical injury right after the supposed 'theft?'
subtle suggestions of expensive things they want for Christmas?
looking forward to vacations you guys will have together when he can barely afford milkshake (coz of course you're the one paying for literally everything)?
something like that?

Wouldn't happen with me. And, I didn't have a guy think like that either. And, my love language is service (and gifts). Thinking like you express feels like animosity.

No, nothing like that. He took me on vacation stayed with his sister...
It was more from a hippy like perspective that I had already been through internally... like talking about money, less fortunate people, comparing childhood, calling my kids spoiled... feeling like the money was hindering clinging to him... subtle, philisophical... I'm carefree.
Most comment on the car... guys like cars.
One made a spectacle and got embarrassed. I still smashed him in my car. Left him sleeping in the backseat while I danced in the club.

He tried to insult me, make me feel a shamed because Of it.
When I bought new car 2019 /cash, he got very angry, didn’t talk to me for days.
It’s my fault that I make money? No
But He couldn’t handle it.

Nope none at all. I like a woman that can do for herself..... you can take it how you want. definitely no animosity. All that love language stuff I pass over. People do what they feel comfortable doing and their insecurities reflect what they need from someone else to feel loved. Everything I do is circumstantial to the situation and how I feel at the moment.

The love language "shit" came after I came into existence so it's actually in retrospect and self-awareness. And, it's true... I don't care if it's a pack of my favorite candy, or breakfast in bed or fixing my tire.

i've noticed universal signs have very punchable ideas about money. it's surprising and extremely disappointing. and there's the fact that when something comes up where they feel double-crossed, nobody dwells on it as much as they would. some people call it philosophy, i call it hypocrisy.

When younger, I had that problem too. Money was evil. Thinking it was the reason for family problems and gave a false impression of who I was. So, I adopted a really "earthy" philosophical life style for a while living way below my means to be around "the people." When, I had no choice to further downplay and had to change, no more friends chilling. I'm over it... that may have been just associated with being younger, 20's, and not money so, I gotta cut that shit out. And, here comes somebody with that old shit I've already gotten over.

I’m aware of this.
Depends on what u value. Hella money doesn't necessarily dictate quality of life, and acheivement. Most of the greatest scientist were not rich. Some of them even died poor, but their ideas are building blocks for greatest scientific discovery. The world has greater things to offer than a bunch of money.
It shows what is important to u & what u value.
When I was dating the Leo...he said on more than one occasion "you must make bank". Uh yeah cause my Kia soul and 1970s apartment just smells of all kinds of money 😂. It seemed to reallllly bother him...little did he know, he probably made more than me and maybe if he wouldn't spend his money like he's a high roller...he'd have some too. Dumbass lol.

I want a 70s apartment.... on purpose 🙂
Hasn’t been an issue but then again, while he makes less than me he makes more than enough to pay his bills.
I wonder if it helps or hurts that I was making shit money when we met. We both were.

i think it's a given for earth signs to provide in general
you constantly find yourself in that position more often than not

i am fine with that but he’d likely have a bad attitude, or insecurity issues.
except for maybe pisces. i could see pisces men being totally fine with this arrangement.

bad attitude?
what do you mean?
and how do you mean by pisces being an exception?

just petty. something tells me he would make snide comments or act passive aggressively. the whole idea makes me uneasy.
i dunno, some pisceans seem ok with this kind of set up. i think pisces is very capable of providing an unconditional love & not feel insecure about the woman providing... bc pisces provide in other ways. they dont seem to take much stock in material possessions.

that crossed my mind

Not in this day in age... older NYC women are referring to themselves as 'cat nip'. Its a ridiculous name ik. It supposedly means younger men going after a sugar mama.it cannot be confused with the cougar term because the older more well set off women are NOT chasing after the young men but the other way around.... hence the evolved 'cat nip' term. Super gay in my opinion but that's what older women with funds are saying.
I think it sucks when a relationship is financially one sided.... why can't both people hold their own? That term is coming to mind.... you're only as strong as your weakest link. But that's just me.
I would say the norm depends on demographics... but I guess it's still expected for the man to make more. Idk to be honest.
I think the financial situation can be seen in the 2nd ruling personal possessions and the 8th dealing with others people's possessions.
