Why do we always have people relying on but why can't we never rely on others

What you're describing is not helping. It's martyr-behaviour, which happens to defeat the entire purpose of doing selfless acts of kindness.
My ex Virgo used to say same thing lol guess you Virgo's are cursed when it comes to that partially...it is true at some points but at some isn't. Fpr example he would rarely notice my contribution to relationship...when he did he would compliment on it but then again at some point would start with same talk all over again...My friend Virgo has similar situation but her bf is Virgo as well lol
I think it's cuz Virgos slight people who would actually REALLY be there for them.. I would have done anything for my Virgo but he kicked me to the curb and chose shoddy people/friends instead who would never really help him in a bind...
Let me ask you this, do Virgos even want help ever? I think you guys set your lives up to where you never need to ask for anything from anybody, (strong and awesome move!) and then whine when you have nobody to help. It's a control tactic it seems.... I've heard other Virgs say this too..... Seems you guys are doing this to yourselves. Virgo head trip.

virgo is the sign of helping /servicing others. it's just ingrained in you all. you feel useless otherwise. and thats the worst!!! you want to be needed. so your oppositoin is very needy and needs you.

It’s human nature to want someone you can rely on.
Now that’s not to say we hate helping people or we think it’s a task or a heavy job, it’s just that it is ingrained in all humans to desire someone they can rely on.
And I can attest that Virgos seem to have a little more difficult time in finding someone they can rely on from experiences from myself and my mother.

I often feel this way....or simply guilty whenever I feel I'm bothering people with my ''stuff'' .I guess we're just wired differently than others.

I'm very easy going and social I am often the person that talks first and asks questions and try to make people feel at ease. what is actually sometimes not good because then people think they can take advantage of that

I don't feel useless I don't expect something back but i hate it when you fight with someone and that person tells you you never did anything for them where as I know myself I go through hell fire for everybody. I once saw a couple fighting outside for example and I brought them together and made sure they went home in a good mood. my sagg was less happy about it because he's the same always want to help others Mars in Virgo ofcourse we once took a drunk stranger girl to our house because everybody left her out puking and she would have probably been raped

well I don't always say that more in cases whenever I've fully sacrificed myself for someone and that person in the end says I didn't do shit

not at all I sometimes ask for help I admit I hate help but as I grew older I've learned that you can't do everything alone. so even when I ask people a little favor like can you come over because I'm feeling sad or could we do this and that it can never happen. I also mean friends being there in good and bad times not only when things are great.
No bcz honestly I could never ask my Virgo friend half of the things I could do for her. She just wanted sum other stuff that nobody could do and would always complain about it. This is why we couldn't be friends. My mom is a Virgo and always wants something somebody cant do and would then cry about it.

I don't mean you I'm just saying my experience with Virgo lol.
She or her bf didn't drive and could literally ask me for a ride anywhere the entire relationship. She started acting weird after I started dating after 2 years of us being friends

Worse is people come to you when they need help and then treat you like crap like they don't care about you, but then they again come to you when they need help 😐
It’s because we’re virgo. We overthink
Put ourselves in people place so we do things for them because we know that what’s we wish someone would do for us sometimes
Except people don’t pick up on that . They don’t pick up when we need them an put themselves in our play and do what they wish someone did for them
Because of that we feel like no one is they for us and unintentionally become a pushover n pleasers
