I'm leaning more towards scorpio sun. I used to work for a scorpio sun dude who fit that description. Though he was not a doctor but a head chef. He was a big pain in the ass to me. Didn't like his attitude and we always butted heads.

Hm he’s really tall like the nba kinda tall about 6’7 and he got normal beards but got hairs all over his body

Yea but that smooth trick won't work on any women if you come out saying that without them thinking and looking at you like you some kind of weirdo. I won't dare use that smooth line on just any women. I love using that with all those scorpio women I know for fun and laughters. We all get a big bang out of it.
