when you first read peoples' posts on here- did you formulate how you thought they would look inyour head based on what you read or the conversations that you had with them? going w/out pics I mean- or before you got a chance to see a pic

it is hard not to for me...I just create visuals in my head to go along with the whole idea- I can't "talk" to someone in cyberspace without some kind of visual component

i get what u mean....i have talked to people and then i'll see their pic and i get surprised....it didn't match the image my mind created....but why should it? i think i have seen most of the people on here....most of them have put their pics up....

yeah- haha...I got alot of surprises too...like when you read a book and imagine the characters looks YOUR way and then the movie after that book comes out and you see how they portrayed the characters- and yer like- no way! that is NOT how soandso looks!

movies usually don't do the book justice...but that's the cool thing about a book, it sort of puts your mind to work creating those images in your head....plus i like the feel of holding a book u really like....and stopping whenever u want....its a different experience than a film.....though i enjoy films also......
