You can't make anyone do anything. 🙄

It may be time for you, to get some inositol in your life, so that you can calm your mind from obsessive, cyclical thinking patterns.

Oh god hahaha I didn't realise inositol can be used to calm the mind! I used it before for PCOS 😂

Yes. It's really good! It's derived from 'B' vitamins 🙂 No side effects is correct. I've recommended it to ppl who suffer anxiety and depression too.

What’s inositol for? It’s saying helps with liver detoxification

OCD, anxiety, depression....

It quiets the mind naturally. Never read about the liver benefits 🤔 Will certainly look into that. It's b-vitamin derived. I've learned that being b-vitamin deficient can cause a lot of mental anguish and issues.

Ohhhhh no wonder. Basically when you have PCOS due to stress, it's basically stress that causes the spike in blood sugar. So if it helps in depression, anxiety and calming the nerves then that's probably why it's a good cure for PCOS. How long have you been taking it for? I only took it for a month and then I got pregnant 😂 I haven't taken it since but many friends of mine who has PCOS have been aiming to give it a try. It's just not sold everywhere. Like in Asia, I don't think its available. They push metformin there but its bad for your liver.

Yikes! "...they push for metformin but it's bad for your liver." 😔☹️ SMH

I took it 6-7 years ago, to calm my mind after a tragedy I endured. It worked! I purchased the powder form from eBay. Placed a spoon into any liquid I had and drank up. Tastes like powdered sugar. Yum! No side effects.

I'm so happy for you! I've heard some bitter things about the struggles of pcos. You overcame and had a bebe. Priceless! ♥️

The Cap forum is for Cap suns. NOT for cap venus. And no. Its not just the venus but also the moon. Sometimes even the Mars.

Definitely not 😂 its a lot of things. How does his chart relate to yours? It's very important. How does his moon relate to his Mercury and Venus etc. There are so many factors.

Yeah. And metformin causes the blood to thicken after sometime. You also feel dizzy for 2 weeks or so when you start taking it. Its why I stopped and looked for somethingelse. My mum in law found inositol for me. Not to get pregnant but to manage my insulin and it helped with my pcos completely.

Awww. I'm glad it helped you as well! I hope you are so much better now after what you have experienced back then xxx

Thank you xxx my first one was unplanned as we did not know it will make me fertileAF 😂 but really glad it helped. At the moment, my blood sugar is normal and have not had issues since. I do hope it is offered to people who need it more than metformin as it works so much better.

Are you not his official gf??

Because wtf if you're not.

I am

You admitted different yesterday, but it looks like you deleted that thread. Come on, girl. This isn't helping.

WHEN did I EVER say that I'm not his official girlfriend.

In the aforementioned thread where you detailed that you talked for a while, then he ghosted you for 7 months, and then you've been in contact again recently but he's been ignoring you intermittently because you keep pestering him about other women and not contacting you, etc.

I really hope you can ride out a few weeks of no contact. It will help you out a lot.

You need some breathing room. Your anxiety over you being nosy, when it was just a simple question/act, is through the roof.

I hope you can do it.

Trust takes time and the other person to not act insecure and crazy. That will be how you get it back from him.

Thanks so much. You always help me. BTW, I have my first therapy session tomorrow. Thought about it but never pictured myself actually doing it. A lot of the comments from various ppl here pushed me to do it❤❤

sorry to hijack this thread but do you know what vitamins are good for regulating hormones because I've had issues with my menstrual cycle years now and I'm always lethargic. I thought it was pcos but when I got my blood tested they said my hormone levels were normal but Im suffering from the excessive hair, missed periods etc. Like this shit is making me go insane because its like I'm a passenger in my own body. Anyway sorry for this long ass story but I would really like some advice as you know what its like.

I hope you find what you need from therapy. Talking to someone and them having a listening ear, while they don’t judge, can help anyone out.

Hopefully you get reset and start feeling better about things.

Wow okk I suffer from irregular menstrual cycles too and my hormones are normal. Though my professor/gynac did tell me to get a pelvic ultrasound but the lockdown put it off. If my ultrasound comes back normal, I'll ask her if it could be a vitamin deficiency. Though that might be what she'll ask me to get checked next anyway.

That's pcos. Have you seen a gynecologist yet? Excessive hair or what they call hirsutism and missed periods are symptoms for some women. Mine was mostly missed periods and weight gain. But its from the same thing. Polyps developing in your ovaries. You need to get a transvaginal ultrasound like I did to see how much polyps you have and it will help determine the kind of medication you need. In my case, I was initially on metformin but I switched to inositol. For some who had worse symptoms, they had to use injectibles. The other thing too is you need to have a change in life style . Eating healthy and doing regular exercise is very important. Staying within your healthy BMI. Please, please see a doc while it's still early!

Yes about the life style change, I follow too many nutritionists on instagram and so many of them put experiences of clients whose pcod got cured by their diets and exercise. My periods become regulated when I'm hitting the gym continuously. So that life style change thing actually works.

Yeah, well I just got my blood tested because thats another way to tell if the androgen hormone is way off and my results came back ok but I def need to just break down and get the ultrasound because I know something is going on down there...
