I used to be interested in researching marriage indicators and stuff but it all ultimately ends up being some kind of confirmation bias at the end.



I have an empty 7th house (House of Partnerships, marriage house) which just means it’s pretty neutral in being focused in my life. My 7th house is in Gemini. The ruler of Gemini is mercury which is in my 3rd house (House of Communication, rules short distances/immediate environment). So the ruler of my 7th house is in my 3rd house. I ended up marrying someone who had always lived less than 25 mins away from me. I honestly thought I’d never end up with someone locally. Check out which house your 7th house ruler is in!

Sagittarius is in my 7th house. Ruler of Sagittarius is Jupiter.

Jupiter is in my 2nd house. What could all this possibly mean for me/my soulmate?

Look for a man who's Venus conjuncts your Ascendant or your Venus conjuncts his Ascendant. Also good saturn and Jupiter placements. As long as there isn't any critical Pluto aspects or too much Pluto, you should be good.

Pfttt I always said money is the least important thing to me in a relationship 😆…but you know, as I’ve gotten older, I am realizing I actually wouldn’t mind. It can’t hurt 🙂

It can potentially mean that we will have the same values and sensuality in life.

Its not. Almost all Aquas and all Geminis that I know are married. There are a few Libras tho who aren't and one Gemini with Leo Moon. Another one with same Moon is married.

Ah, that’s good to know. Like I said, it’s not all up to the astrology. Who knows what determines it at the end? Maybe something random or sheer luck?

Well maybe having Saturn there could lead potentially to the same outcome since 4th is house of home and family. Maybe because those values are important to you and you feel strongly about them (as placement suggest) you tend to be picky about people who you'll share them with. Neptune in 7th I guess just gives you false image of others often so again one of the things you might find hard to process. I know there are some specific transits you can check for and calculate when you can potentially expect marriage but I can't remember how that works. Also if you know about Arabic lots, there is arabic lot of marriage that you can calculate on some sites. When that point is activated by favorable transits on your chart you can expect marriage.

Never been married nor have even come close. Cap sun Aries moon. I have an empty 7th house. Chiron sits 1 degree from my DSC though. All close relationships end up destroying my life. For growth or whatever I guess. I think if I ever get married it will be a miracle.

Ruler of 7th house in 9th house would mean...someone from foreign lands?! It's strange that when younger I was strongly against that but my opinion changed over time. Still, never been with someone who lives far away 😅

But on the other hand, my 7th house is in Virgo, and I've always been a magnet for Virgos, be it as friends or love interests. So not sure how much its ruler even matters in this case...my bf is a Virgo but since he's born close to Leo and I'm born close to Cap our Suns form trine instead of square

I’m the same way. Marriage scares me since childhood because I always observed women around me suffering in it - having to suppress their needs and wants whereas I’m not programmed that way. I can’t ever imagine suppressing myself because I’ve never done that in my life. That’s equivalent of death to me if I ever have to stifle how I feel or what I want.

Also, I don’t ever wanna get married. I want a relationship from far away where we get together, have dun and then off we go our separate ways until next time. I really enjoy my solitude and not having to deal with insecurities of a man (never met a secure man sadly 😢

I don't see Geminis getting married unless it's with another Gemini, a Libra, an Aquarius or a Sagittarius. That's the only pairings I've seen be successful. If she has too many masculine placements, she will get married but will divorce faster than Nascar race cars.

I have two Gemini friends with Leo Moon. One that isn't married has Cancer Venus and Cap Mars. The other has also Venus and Mars in Leo and is married to a Sag. Imo best match for Gemini is Aqua, Aries, Leo, another Gemini or Sag. Aqua and Sag will drive you crazy but keep you on your toes...which is kind of what every Gemini falls hard for. You all have soft spot for Scorpio but it's ALWAYS a horrible match. I also have a Gemini friend married to a Scorpio and that's one hell of a rocky marriage. They live apart more than they live together and when they do live together he drives her crazy. Earth signs are also not your match because - you drive THEM crazy and it almost never lasts long. I know you live the idea of stability that comes with Earth signs but keep in mind that's exactly what they are looking for the other person to offer. And Geminis rarely ever offer that. While Sag and Taurus are also a horrible match, I see these two paired quite often and it somehow works mainly because Sag bends in Tauruses ways, but Geminis are never willing to bend that much.

I think gemini with cancer venus is a difficult placement. At odds with themselves; mind vs.emotions. And if you add to that some dramatic/fixed leo planets, well, it’s definitely not easy. Leos will not bend to anyone’s will.

But we are not the only sign who has some issues. Everyone has their good and bad sides.

I know at least 3-4 women who are not married and they are well over a certain marriage age.

Aries

Virgo

2 Capricorns

I’m not sure about their aspects or other planets, but 2 of them have a Leo moon.

And then I know a Taurus, Scorpio and Cancer woman who got married to guys they’ve been dating relatively shortly.

Anyways, I’m sure it is not all astrology related. Some things are up to us. Marriage is hard work

which is why I avoid it sorta kinda 😂 🤭

Are you kidding me?? The truth is that after a certain age certain women figure out what they want in their lives and what they don't. That's the answer for both sides of the argument. Some people will settle for a six out of 10 for a partner. And some refuse to settle for less than a 10/10. And a 10 is impossible for anyone to reach alone. Even at our best we can all only be a 9 alone. That last point requires a loving and beautiful relationship. We each all must be willing to be loving and beautiful in spirit to/for someone else and that is hard after experiencing the same world as everyone else. So... At the end of the day it's all a matter of values and standards..

Well what happened is that I fell out of love with Leo and fell for an Aries guy.

And before you criticize me, Leo had plentyyyy of chances with me. He had years to make it right!

Okay, even if some of it was my own fault or whatever, perhaps it just wasn’t meant to be.

Aries is a complicated lone-wolf who is a troublemaker with lots of issues. When did you know an Aries who is a totally good guy? They all bad boys a bit. Just how I like it.

And he has a Scorpio rising which makes him brooding.

But I don’t think it’s gonna last between us, tbh. He told me Scorpio women are his ideal (maybe due to his ascendant).

Well what happened is that I fell out of love with Leo and fell for an Aries guy.

I don't think it's the case that it's Scorpios because of his ascendant, unless the woman's Venus was conjunct his ascendant and other factors. Sun conjunct Ascendant isn't that strong. I believe the strongest attraction felt will be Venus conjunct Ascendant, followed by Venus conjunct Mars then Sun conjunct Moon (or Sun opposite Moon even). Also I have to ask, what do you define a ''bad boy''? And I am not going to judge you because I already know you well enough boredy aside from your personal life (things like hobbies,etc)

Also House overlays I just learned. It's another factor in compatibility. If you or your partner have Venus or Mars in the 8th house, there will be passionate, strong sexual attraction. 5th house will be romantic crush, fun and passionate affairs but that will burn out unless one of you have a Saturn in the 7th house in synastry.
