Imagine you're 4 and you only get to see your dad on the weekends and he goes and gets a baby sitter so he can get some kitty, or worse takes you on the date lol.

"Parent of the year" dad right there /s

I think he’s still figuring things out. He’s a great dad. I’ve actually never seen a man love being a dad so much. But he kind of treats his son like a best friend. If you know what I mean. But he has his son rn & prob doesn’t trust anyone else to watch him, he’s not from here only lives here for work like myself.

Talk to him about it. As a parent it's important that a s/o can handle....that your a parent and those priorities. So at some point it's only natural you would meet the child.

The issue with it bring done too early is the child absorbing that out of context and adopting a revolving door attitude to close relationships later in life themselves.

If your serious about him being a prospect, establishing a friendship first approach would be the way to go, if you can't schedule time getting to know each other by yourselves. Another words going slow maybe the way to go lol

What's the age of his Don?
