Um well that could be an indicator he has other planets in his first house that’s neutralizing his Scorpio placements cause he does not give me heavy Scorpio vibes. He does come off more Sag rising than other nearby sign risings. That is if we’re overlooking genetics.

Yeah I'm gearing more towards pisces. Its that mamas boy look like SassyKiwi pointed out. And the round face. Sag rising people tend to have defined Jaws. Looks outdoorsy. He doesn't give me that vibe based on the photos at least.

I was thinking cancer rising vibes or moon in 1st house cause of his round face. I took Pisces risings to be more dreamy/up in the clouds like; not sure how it looks on males as it’s more easier to spot that in the females. Jupiter in 1st house can cause people to appear chubby, idk if Sag rising works that way but his teeth can pass off as Sag rising feature. I also assumed he thinks his birth time is during a certain time of day which narrows between a few risings.

Yeah, those teeth are why I thought Sag rising people say you can tell a person has a Sag rising by looking at their teeth lol. People with Taurus Moon tend to be chubby as well.

I had the wrong birth year his birthday was a few days ago.

Well after doing some very serious close-up examining, from facial expressions to all the way down to his teeth's....I sincerely hate to prove everyone on this thread wrong, even I myself didn't see this one coming. Surpringly after reviewing this thread no one got the right answer.
