how do you behave when your angry/mad at someone

i have a Aquarius Sun and when i'm mad at someone i locked myself in my room or stay away from the person who makes me mad but in my head i already killed them several times different methods how about you guys, i'm just curious if other Aquarius sign act different when there mad

my aquarian cousin if he's mad he throw all the things,destroy things all he wanted to..i saw that when i went to their house..

I stay away. I need some "cooling time". Unfortunately I'm rather passive-agressive, but if I care about you, I wanna talk things out once I'm back in normal mode.

i have the urge to throw things too when i'm mad but i have this voice in my head telling me what if i broke something important and somehow i always manage to control myself when i think of the possible consequence of my action might cause

you should look at your mars for this.

My head would just crowded by words that i'm sure enough would hurt people's feeling if i speak it out right away. So i usually just all silent, stop talking, distant and cold for a while.

Idk how, but most people could tell that i'm pissed off just by how i look at them, death stare they said.

Then after a few i'd tell that person directly whats bothering me. I just don't like being emotionally, furiously angry. So when i tell them whats goin on, it's usually rather when i'm all calm down or at least when i feel like i can speak it out diplomaticaly, with less hurtful words.

When all things said, i usually will back to normal. Like nothing really happened, i forget it pretty quickly after.

My mars is in Capricorn.

I'm learning to let my anger out in a healthy way instead of bottling it up, to see situations for what they are instead of just getting sucked into the moment, I have no earth in my chart so when I get brought down to a peasants level I don't know how to act, usually I bottle it up.

I have 3 angry stages to watch out for.

Annoyed - when you wake me early I'll be shitty and passive aggressive and I'll bitch about you to my brother on my phone in front of you.....another example is bringing random people to my house that I don't know, I'll embarrass you infront of your guest or your guest infront of you.

Rage - screaming, throwing shit, punching walls, and destroying anything I can get my hands on, it feels good to break things because I know I'll go to jail if I inflict on that person so I take it out on objects.

White rage - I scream and stress myself out so much I see white and pass out

must be fall in water or passive house.

Totally me. I go over different plots to get back at them in some way. I don't throw things, but I'd certainly like to vandalize their house or car. Once I thoroughly can't stand someone, they cease to exist to me. I will not talk to them! Nope! Nada! On the other hand, there's times when I see someone I can't stand or had an altercation with, I wait for them to pop off at me first and I just explode all over them. My mars is in Gemini.
