Posted by ParisianCappyhow so??
she's still winning
Posted by ParisianCappyah I get what you mean.
when she lost, it wasnt the victory of holly holmes. it was the defeat of ronda, and now it's the same. so i mean the light are still on her. and only the $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ count at the end

Posted by ParisianCappyI think so too...
but tbh she should retire and find another way to get light on her

Posted by Seraphlightemotionally she was not happy, as I read in an article that it was her entire life.
No. You are all wrong.
When Holmes defeated her. Holmes kept winning...and Holmes helped beat Rousey in the ring against Nunes.
Rousey took the beating hard from holmes. She kept that and let it keep beating her the whole year when she went away. That beating ..stayed with her ...and Holmes was winning in the ring ...Alongside Nunes...
It was THAT defeat ..that also led to the defeat against Nunes. It affected whole life ..her mind.
She didn't win. Her career is over.
Just goes to show. Emotions matter.

Be honest ..would YOU go to see a film with Ronda Rousey in it? I wouldn't.

Posted by ParisianCappyi'm not sure. I'm mixed feelings.
Elisabeth are you secretly sad because she's an aquariuz like you

Rousey is a shit striker. Strategy was completely wrong.
By the third punch she had no idea what was happening.
See for yourself:
Absolute massacre.
I think she went into that fight expecting to lose. If she didn't and she really believed she could out box a boxer, she needs to step away from the limelight and get a new trainer, coz too many people kissing her ass.
The payout was huge for her and to be honest, I'd gladly let an MMA fighter hit me for under a minute for 3million.
Anyway compare Cris Cyborg shadowboxing to Rousey. Someone who knows how to punch. Notice the absolute gulf in fluidity and technique? I'm not just talking about the striking technique, but notice the body rotation when punching, the constant movement and the difference in footwork?
Yeah....
Who the hell told Rousey she could box? Lol...
Posted by bumboklattI think it's her Sag venus/ AriesMars Trine, that has the fighter's resolve.
Aqua aren't great fighters. We're good at having unpredictable style s and just going for it but in the long run we run into someone who can dance better
Look at Kimbo slice, Oscar de la hoya, tito Ortiz, Ken shamrock
They're excellent to watch cause they use a very masculine style of taking lots of risks and using intuition and not giving AF
But fighting is a very feminine attribute, lots of emotion and inner strenght, lots of discipline, lots of ambition
Greatest fighters are usually in feminine signs
Gotta have a bitchy mentality of avoiding hits and tricking your opponent with bitch moves hahah

I don't know any other aquarius that is a great fighter.
I only seen Aquarius moons with earthy suns /plcements. that is Mohammud Ali.
Fire is good for fighting but there's gotta be discipline and concentration

Posted by geminidudeI think she would be good friends yes. lol
Ronda Roussey is first decan Aquarius and Amanda Nunes is first decan Gemini so they can be the best friends forever outside the ring if they meet up for a drink or coffee.

Libra stellium holly holmes took her down a year ago or so?? And no one is talking about the Women's MMA as much.
and she just got taken down by a Gemini sun, I don't know her placements.
and look at poor Ronda Roussey,
her are her stats...
she is Aquarius sun/Aries Mars/Sagittarius Venus/Pisces moon/Gemini Rising.

Forget the asinine talking heads; Ronda Rousey put women's MMA in position to thrive long after she's gone
Itâs true that another woman hasnât yet emerged to match Rouseyâs pay-per-view drawing power, though such transcendent figures only come around a couple times per generation, regardless of gender. But television numbers have proven womenâs fighting to be a reliable, consistent draw.
Cris âCyborgâ Justinoâs matchup with the unheralded Lina Lansberg in September drew 1.326 million viewers, FS1âs best MMA number of the fall. Strawweight champ Joanna Jedrzejczykâs win over Claudia Gadelha on FS1 cracked a million viewers in the dog days of summer in mid-July. The most recent FOX network television card in Sacramento was headlined by Michelle Watersonâs first-round finish of Paige VanZant and drew the companyâs best FOX number in three years, with a staggering 4.8 million viewers tuning in for the main event.
New UFC owners WME bought the company for $ 4.2 billion in large part because of the expectation theyâll make a big score on the UFCâs next television contracts, set to come up in 2018. The elusive pay-per-view needle movers are still the most important cog in the machine, but fighters who can draw television ratings are more important than ever, and viewers continuously prove theyâll flock to a solid womenâs bout.
Itâs highly unlikely Rousey will ever gain her previous dominance in the cage. But she entered the UFC in 2013 with detractors insisting no one would pay to see women fight. She leaves with womenâs mixed martial arts an integral part of a multibillion-dollar brand.
That can never be taken from Rousey no matter how much TV trash talkers try to claim otherwise.
