So now... my House 5 theme is that of Mars... and now.... I have to find where Mars is on my chart (which is House 4 - Pisces)... which means... I'm left with...

Saturn or Uranus
I only got the last degree of cap in my fifth but it's the beginning of the house and the first degree is supposed to be the most important oneclick to expand
As a rule of thumb, the ruler of your 5th is indeed Saturn and, likely, its influence is the one you're going to perceive in the background - think of it has an itch is always going to be there and sometimes will manifest. Still, the house is intercepted so I would personally consider, in re of self-expression, your Aquarius placements as more prominent because they actually carry an energy/light a mathematical point - like the one that indicates where the house begins - does not.
A person with Neptune in the house will find more answers taking into account its dispositor (ruler of such planet) rather than looking at the nominal ruler of the house. If your Neptune is in Aquarius, then checking the house Uranus sits in (as to understand where such energy is going to manifest) makes more sense than checking the house Saturn is at.
If you have no Cap placements in a house, on paper, ruled by Saturn can we really say is ruled by Saturn? To me the house ruler is just an empty label, unless of course the house is actually empty then it's only thing you can look at.
