I wish I was working this weekend so I wasn't overthinking everything going wrong in my life and not just listening to music with my glass of wine in hand and feeling sad. I need to do something to keep myself busy and distracted. Already went for an hour walk this morning after no sleep last night and cleaned my whole place. There is nothing to do. And I should probably ask my son to hide my phone on me so I don't call him since he obviously needs space :/

Going to bed early has helped in the past.

Today is another day. We finally talked a bit, she continues to use L word. This time I didn't bite my tongue I just cleared my mind and it felt good to not hold back. She proved to me that she does care. & she reminded me that she knows how I feel too. Every day gives us a chance to learn things about others and about ourselves that help us become better people, better listeners, better communicators, it's gratifying to get progress. Today I am thankful for the progress I've made.
On another note, the X reached out and I finally replied, seems desperate to meet up, in which I truly don't desire to meet up with anyone as of now because I am content where I am today. & bouncing from bed to bed does not seem appealing at this point.
