I think it’s a voice recording (vocaroo) of another recording (voice changing app). There a mechanical sound that you can catch.

I think it’s a voice recording (vocaroo) of another recording (voice changing app). There a mechanical sound that you can catch.
The original recording was on a voice simulator app (of the actual real pitch of the voice with just an accent) simulated to a female and then replayed for vocaroo.
Two women I work with are from the Ukraine and how they drag out the O’s and have very sharp kuh sounds in a few places don’t match up with this.
My partner in crime said the exact same thing.
