Are cusps real? Lets end the debate.

So, my friends that go hard for astrology say no "real" astrologers acknowledge cusps. However, I know a couple people who seem to really personify the descriptions.

Thoughts?.....

Oh yea. Just like there are equinoxes between seasons there are little transition periods between signs. Souls who are born at these times are more talkative, restless, and less settled (which one am I?). They will display the qualities of both signs.

If there weren't a transition period than one would be saying that in one millisecond everything shifts from one sign to the next. This isn't true. There is a small hand-off period where one sign transitions into the next. At this time the qualities of both are meshed together. Depending on what point the transition is in one sign will have more of itself expressed than the other sign.

I was born on a libra-scorpio cusp and when I was reading about it a lot of it rang true. Turns out I am just a Scorpio dominant libra (asc, mercury, mars and pluto in scorp).

If you talk to a real astrologer they will tell you it's something that has to be taken into account when reading charts in order to get a legit understanding.

I think so. Gem is a few hours shy of being a cancer, and aside from his mercury in cancer, his whole chart is fire and air. He did the ultimate fake out cause I spent the first year damn near thinking we had that epic water sign connection. I'm still giving him the side eye, like are you sure thats your birth cert cause you may have been switched at birth my dude.

It's real if you believe it. I dated a guy for 3 years who believed he was a Moonchild sun. In fact, was a true Gemini. Because he believed he was a Cancer sun, he behaved like one. Super sensitive, quietly moody at times. So maybe there is a true transition period in which one sign morphs into another, a matter of hours where a person born at that time might claim characteristics of both signs. So, yes. I believe in real cuspies.
