This doesn't even look like him 😢 and they painted him darker then he is. I wonder if it was a request from him 😆

I doubt that he requested it. His hair doesn't look right either and he hands seem too large proportionally.

I was commenting that he probably asked for his skin to be that dark just so when it hangs in the white house, they know a BLACK man was in those clean white sheets! 😆

Overall I like the picture. The only issues I have are his hair. It should have been either black or grey but he looks like a skunk lol. His hands are a little too big. Other then that, it's fine

Obama killed more people in drone attacks than any other president, regardless of whether it was a new war or not.

Congress was 100% controlled by Dems until the last quarter of his Presidency. Congress even changed the filibuster rule so they could pass legislation that normally would have required a bi-partisan vote to pass, but wouldn't have with out the change.

If people expect one man to fix all of this messed up societies problems, they are in for a lifetime of disappointment

Same could be said about one man fixing the economy.

The economy is much less complex

A $ 20 billion dollar wall surely won't be what fixes the economy.

I know that the large majority of our agri industry is dependent upon illegal workers. They go.. and it all falls apart. It's already been proven in Alabama.

So yeah.. in this case, we'd be spending money to lose money.

The wall is not an economic benefit. It's a social benefit.

Then agri needs to work with the Feds to come up with a legal way to be able to hire migrant workers at lower than minimum wage (or whatever it is they need to be competitive) if they need them so badly.

As far as that goes, the number of agri workers sure doesn't amount to the number of illegals coming across, and more and more farms in the US are using automation for picking and processing.

...and 4400 soldiers dead and a million plus Iraqis dead before Obama took over a war that we didn't even have to fight...care to rephrase?

Plus, we're not even going to discuss how the Republicans have stalled Congress. Remember, they held up Supreme Court seat for over a year and wouldn't even have hearings over his pick...which btw even they praised when he was picked for the District Court. But I digress...I'm out.

They didn't negotiate to pay what the migrants would accept? I mean, farmers have used migrants for years, the difference is that now they don't move on when the season ends. There's no reason that the migrants have to be illegal unless the farmer is paying too much under the table to avoid payroll taxes and insurance.

1. That's exactly what farmers do. Farmers can't afford the payroll taxes by employing legal workers.

2. There was no negotiation. The Governor basically said that we will find you and deport you. And farmers than are employing them will be held accountable and jailed.

What happened? Illegal workers packed up their families and moved.

The result?

An Alabama agri industry took a huge hit from not being able to harvest and ship. Lost crops. Lost money.

Also.. the Alabama economy took a huge hit because the illegal population was so large, that when they left.. that was money NOT being spent on goods and services.

Folks like to complain that illegal workers take American jobs and don't pay taxes. But the fact is that they take the jobs no American is willing to work, and spend all their hard earned money in the cities that would struggle without them there.

Fun fact: When I was working in the ER collecting money from patients, you know who the least likely to pay copays were? White men and women on disability.

You know who paid their copays 95% or the time, and payed their self pay bills in full with cash at time of service? Illegal Hispanics working down the road at the chicken plant.

It's the bed WE made and we're going to have to lay in it. I have a hard time believing that people will just throw up their hands and let it collapse completely. There is more than one way to fix the situation. There's absolutely no reason to allow illegal immigration, period. Doesn't matter if it's a migrant worker from Mexico or a grad student from Norway.

Be here legally, no worries. Here illegally? Go back and come in legally.
