Maybe it would stop coz one got shot?I used to have this intense fear of clowns. When I was a little boy, I used to hide inside closets to cry at birthday parties when I see fire-breathing clowns. I'd rather see men with dragon masks than deformed human faces (clowns).

To me, clowns look like they have human faces- but it's as if they're exaggerated. You know what I mean? Like deformed, disfigured or like the mockery of a human face. The mouth is wide, huge red blood. And the eyes are painted on but you can see the eyes like beads and the nose also strange looking and swollen. And when they do those tricks like breathing fire, they sweat heavily, making the white makeup kinda melt on their face. Really creeps me out. Even now I feel uncomfortable around them. And they smell like gunpowder.

Weeks ago something like this was going on in South Carolina, I think. The clowns were luring kids into the woods, and the parents called the police but nothing was found. The kids kept hearing and seeing them but no adults. I'll see if I can find that article.

I don't get why people are afraid of clowns... like its trendy to be afraid of clowns. I just picture them as sad alcoholic broke guys willing to wear stupid looking makeup for weekend cash mall gigs.

I don't feel cool or trendy for having discomfort around clowns. Especially with creepy ass faces painted on lurking in the woods. You wanna dress like a clown? Fine. But don't go around terrorizing people. I'd be ka-ra-tay-ing in the face and if I were camping, I'd pull out a gun cause that sh it ain't funny. Can't just go around startling people in the woods. You never know what kind of weapon they'll have for animal protection or crazy ass fucker protection.
ya, at that point tho, it's about creepy ass people. Their hideous wig and face paint are irrelevant, they're getting a rock thrown at their fuckin head if they're going around harassing campers, if I'm there.

Here is an article from 2014 that talked about this happening in France and other places. I'm not sure why this clown thing started up again. Maybe because of Halloween?

I haven't heard anything recently about them. Guess it's too cold up north for them to go running around at night
