A strong immune system can be supported through a combination of supplements like vitamin C, zinc, vitamin D, and turmeric, along with healthy habits such as staying hydrated, eating nutritious foods, and exercising regularly. Even 0.2 grams of Vitamin C intake everyday can be enough to keep one's immune system at peak, but it should be from natural fruits or veggies, NOT from Tablets or Tonics.
Fruit and vegetables don't provide enough........i tried it, left off the supplements and got flu
Depends on the person....not everyone's immune systems are the same...

I used to think the same way as you, grew up taking vitamin tablets and tonics often in my childhood till I came across a medical journal from New England Journal of Medicine 2 years ago in 2018 that revealed how the Human Body cells aren't made to absorb vitamins in their raw form just like the calcium deposits from animal sources can become too much for the kidney and get deposited as kidney stones. When the Vitamins enter the body from fruits or vegetables the absorption takes time cuz they're being absored in small doses but it's how the Human Cells are designed to be.

"For adults, the recommended daily amount for vitamin C is 65 to 90 milligrams (mg) a day, and the upper limit is 2,000 mg a day. Although too much dietary vitamin C is unlikely to be harmful, megadoses of vitamin C supplements might cause:
Diarrhea
Nausea
Vomiting
Heartburn
Abdominal cramps
Headache
Insomnia
Remember, for most people, a healthy diet provides an adequate amount of vitamin C."

It seems a lot of your knowledge about healthcare and medicine is not correct and you might be doing more harm than good to your body taking all those tonics and vitamin tablets daily on such a high amount.
But yeah, stay well you too!

You better tell the hospitals that are using large amounts of vit c that

Please tell me Miss which hospitals are using 'large doses of Vitamin C' for their treatment for Covid-19?
Because last I checked, almost every hospital around the world is using doses of 'hydroxychloroquine' which contains:
Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Polyethylene glycol 400, Polysorbate 80, Starch, Titanium Dioxide. NO OR VERY LESS VITAMIN C

Depends where your fruit and veg is grown, if the soil is depleted of its nutrients from mass farming and production and doesn’t have enough time to recover.
Eg. The tomatoes in Naples should be nutrient dense as they are nearby a volcano.
Unfortunately I cant eat Oranges anymore which sucks cause I live in Florida where Oranges are life. They are so good too. I also love Orange Juice. But it's the citrus in the fruits that does me wrong. I will get sores in and around my mouth and it will flare up my colitis if I have to much. I can't even chew citrus gum.
I have low Vit D too so I am suppose to take a Rx every week but I always forget to take it.
I could get Vit B12 shots at work but I don't often enough anymore.
Probably should keep up with it.

I've taken the best immune system supplement one can take, for over 10 years now..
Working in a hospital.
1,000 mg vitamin c every day
I have 1 cup of ginger/turmeric tea a day
If I feel like I'm starting to come down with something, I start taking 5,000 mg and eat a lot of leafy greens
5000mg of Vit C?

Oil of oregano, elderberry, bladderwrack, burdock root, seamoss/Irish moss.
Dr Sebi products for all round health.
@seraph yea, this one of the only books my dad has read lol. i found a copy yesterday. 🙂
- Magnesium
- Omega-3
- Vitamin D3
- Zinc (which I imagine seems to be some rumoured way to prevent covid, as I was only now able to replenish my stock of it; both my supplement supplier and amazon were out of stock for a month).
- Blend of berries, cranberry juice, lime juice, orange juice and ginger.
- 4L of Water
- Milk heated with turmeric, cinnamon and honey (every second day or so).
Zinc is also good for fertility as it increases sperm count. What dosage do you take daily?
