Posted by Mr_Pinchydo you think Vitamin C will give me the Energy I need? or is Vitamin B better?
Look into absorption rates before throwing away lots of money for supplements. Also, if noone mentioned so far, vitamin C is just the best thing ever. Rejuvenation baby!!!

If you are playing pregnancy folic acid.
If not ideally a mixed one taken together with a multi vitamin.
Check your iron too. A iron deficiency will make you feel tired.
If you coming out of a dark winter it may be vitamin D that you are lacking

Posted by SiriusYou can get separate iron tables or if you buy a multi vitamin and minerals all in one it will include some iron.Posted by pisceswoman123Theres Vitamins for Iron too correct?Posted by SiriusPosted by pisceswoman123Out of all these which one would you recommend starting with?Posted by SiriusFor energy try B vitamins, like vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, thiamine and niacin and D vitamin.

Posted by TellMeImPrettyHows your energy level?
I take 2-3 omega 3 oil everyday. Honestly I find it improves my mood drastically over the course of a couple weeks.

Posted by ArkansassyWhat is Vitamin K for specifically?
Vitamin K
😉

Posted by The_Mad_HatterNever heard of, but Ill look into it too.
Milk thistle is also a good one. It helps detoxify the live and level out blood sugar levels.

Posted by The_Mad_HatterI'm due for a check up, so I plan to get one soon.
Have you talked to a doctor? If you've tried many things and nothing is helping it may be a thyroid issue. Which is common.

Seriously, even the standard Murican diet gets you most of what you need. Add in more fresh vegetables and fruits and you'll be fine.
Try an app like MyFitnessPal for a bit to track your nutrients and you'll see what I mean.click to expand

Posted by ImagicationThank you for the info,.
Little known fact - a majority of Americans are Magnesium deficient, which can sap energy levels similarly to iron deficiency.
Most of our food in grocery stores is produced domestically, where farmland gets utilized as often as possible, and there is not one single fertilizer that replenishes magnesium.
So even if a type of food is generally considered to provide magnesium, and the label says it has it, chances are it actually doesn't have it.
Nutrition labels are representative, they are not real measurements of the actual food in the package. If the soil the raw materials grew from was in poor condition, the nutritional content will be poor and there is no FDA regulation that requires companies to verify the nutritional content at any time after it has been initially established.

Posted by TellMeImPrettythank you, I hope you feel better/.Posted by Siriusit’s generally pretty low, but the more water I drink and the more omega 3 oils I take, the more I will begin to feel good over time. I recently had a blood test and my cholesterol and vitamin d were low so I’m trying to fix that currently. I’ve been fairly low in mood for the past few months so I thought I’d check it out and my doctor got back to me saying both of those are linked to depression... so makes sense lolPosted by TellMeImPrettyHows your energy level?
