UPDATE: no we don't talk much. He seems so standoffish, but if i text him he replies right away. It's funny because The Libra is helping my friend find an apartment and didn't respond to her. She texted me and asked why he hasn't responded. I told her idk. I reach out to him and he responds right away lmao!!!! So if he's interested in me, why doesn't he just approach me. I did leave out some details. I met him years ago, but we never talked. Him and my Pisces friend became good friends over the years. Fast forward to this year, she gives me his number so he can help me find an apartment. I reach out to him and he said he would help. The same night we slept together lmao!!! So we've had some conversations, a little flirting but nothing serious. Its just so weird. He'll even ignore the Pisces friend hes been talking to for years, but i text him and he responds lmao! i think its adorable!
All I see is someone who clearly has feelings for someone else and is digging for trivial shit to see if he's interested back.

Hmmm Libras are genuinely nice indeed but at least me, I’m not the whole time on my phone and if I am am still not replying or texting everybody.... I answer instantly to my mum my lovers or best friends...

It probably means they are more social. Not all sun libras are the same. I hate texting and respond hours or days late regardless of who messages me. They might be bored or have no prior engagements, or they might be swoon and really really like you. It's somewhat of a gamble. Libras are fickle. The less you expect the better the results.
