Scream in a pillow. Or go for a walk/run. I find when I'm feeling angry I need to get away from everything. So I walk as far as I can away from it all. Until I calm down, or realise I have walked a very long way away and have a super long walk back home. :/
Hahahaha!! I done this once! I forgot to take into account that I had to walk the same back so half my trip lol!

If I did that, she'd punched me back and my son is tall as I am. I wouldn't punch them anyways.
