Libras or Libra energy people pls help assess this situation

In need of social expertise.

My friend went back to her old workplace. She's starting off with new people but she's still got her old colleagues on there too. And some of those old colleagues started telling the new people she's with that 'oh her? she kinda has this attitude. hard to explain but she's really stuck-up, kinda cold.'

Is this even fair?

What do you think is the intention behind this other than random well poisoning?

Say it might be 98% true about her but like what's the point of spreading this info?

Edit: the old colleagues even adds: 'everybody knows. management. literally everyone.'

No, it’s not fair, but hopefully she meets new people that will form their own opinions about her… think for themselves.

but more than one person saying something kinda adds a bit of legitimacy about these things. but say it's absolutely true, it's just i don't think it's the worst thing in the world? some people have full on affairs then their wives go rampaging in their workplace here until they're forced to resign out of sheer embarrassment (if they don't get fired first). there are so much more exciting stories but guess any story's a story.

Well I will tell you that these people are fakes. Regardless if you like a person or not, you don't go telling everyone else to then turning the new people against her

Work place gossip is inevitable. My sister works in a bank and tries not to gossip but even she brought home the talk at work about some single woman in her late 40s at the bank who was really into astrology and how noone wanted to be her friend 😝 I said hey she sounds cute 🥹

If she is actually a warm friendly person and wants to prove it, she could bring some cookies or cake to work every few weeks and that's what people will associate with her. If she doesn't care, then who cares what others think, being cold is not a crime, it also means she doesn't talk people's ears off and give them a headache 😂

Let's just say I'm not a fan of libras in a general sense. Some of them are cool but it doesn't mean I like them. I'm talking real life ones that I encounter. I dunno it's something about the Libra/Aries axis. Libra moons are horrible. Those are the most fakest of the sign of libra. Libra suns are talkers in which I term them as motor mouths cus they can't shut their mouths off and Libra moons are fakers. It's best to have libra in the ascendant. The ascendant is where it's at in libra despite people keep saying Aries is in the house of the ascendant. Not true in my case.

Yeah I'm sorry but if your close libra moon is a faker it's time to drop him or her like a hot potato. As an air moon myself, I don't have libra moons energy.

Libra energy is big on gossiping. Everything Libra says they hate gossip and they still do it all the time. Here's an example: Leo colleague with Libra rising told me a lot of stories from the past on others from work. For example, talked about this guy who was in long a civil union when some intern came to our work who was engaged and about to marry. They ended up together and ended their previous relationships and she's quite judgemental about their actions. Told me about other two interns malicious actions about her once. Said about another colleague that she got everything "over the p*ssy" - which is probably true, but still...😂

coz Libra energy knows what's up with these things.

my husband's either a Virgo or Libra rising but I think he's more Libra rising because that man knows more influencer gossip than I could ever be interested in myself lol. my son also a Libra rising.

i'm not really that interested in influencers unless they're fundies.

They gossip about everyone early everywhere..they prob say things to your back. Too. Way she goes.

It's almost a sure fire bet your son gone grow up to be a musician. Libra rising energy is all about that. I would place a bet he'll pick up his first guitar at the young age of 15 but I don't know if I'll still be around when he do. What's the rest of your son's chart look like? I need to see if the rest of his placements would help his libra ascendant pursue his musical goals.

It's a Cancer with Libra Moon. Idk, she gets too emotional and changes moods too frequently

And there you have it. Cancer sun and libra moon changes moods pretty often. Even I have mood swings give thanks to cancer being my predominant sign. With those two placements combine the sensitivity is strong even being the most superior. Not trying to tell you what to do but if was me id take precaution. I have major trust issues that don't trust befriending people too easily or even getting too close and comfy with them most especially people of that placement right there. Her libra moon can easily snap and stab you in the back and talk mad shit about you with superior mood swings. That's where the fakeness lies. Their fake nice that's not genuine.

I would just ignore the noise and continue with my work and get paid in return.

Depending on how much your friend cares or ignores gossip in general, I’d personally go out of my way to make the gossipers look bad by doing stuff like bringing treats for all here and there just out of spite.

you're the 2nd person to suggest food and good idea prob make a bento box with a pasta dish, some savory side, 2 types of pastries (sweet and then the other savory). is that too much? should one stick to cookies and cakes?

cookies and cakes feel kinda shallow to me tho.
