Success stories

OK I have had the pleasure of being on this board on an off for the last year and apart from HP and her Libran man and Nico and his Libran lady I have not seen a SINGLE success story that relates to being with a Libra....WTF—

Where are the good stories?? Where's the inspiration rather than doom and gloom??

Come on already!!!

Successful couples wont be joining this board. they will be busy having sex Chatz. And most successful couples have a reason - soul mates or got lucky. They dont see any astrological reasons there.

Hey Chatz. We're at 11 months now and it's still a journey with him. I'm not sure I would classify us as success, at least not yet. We both hit roadbumps and backpedaling from time to time.

I will say that despite very little uncertainty in our future, he has been there for me through my medical challenges and plans to be for many months to years to come. We were laying out last week and I made a comment that we're almost at our 1 year mark and he said "wow, that's a long time". I joked back "I know! Are we hitting our expriation date?" He replied with "God, I hope not. We're just getting started".

He makes comments like this a lot, but yet has said I LOVE YOU since saying once and only once about 4 months ago.

I don't rely on astrological signs to gauge our compatibility. I think that a few people on here rely heavily on what someone's sun sign is rather than their social and spiritual elements. Now as far as the most successful couples not on here because they're having sex - well there's more to a relationship than the sex - although the sex can be described in one word: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G...

Oh and I don't believe we have only one soul mate...I believe we are given many soul mates throughout our lives, not just one who is made to be your husband/wife/love of your life.

HP, I have been in love with a taurean girl and I have so many taurean female friends around me. One of them just told me last night she dreamed of eloping with me. lol... I can be happy with a taurus girl. I know that very well. but I will have to be a whole different person for her to find me comfortable. Your libra has very well adopted into your character traits. Issue is that you will not be able to change your nature but we can change our nature anytime we wish.

And we dont say "I love you" every now and then. Just dont expect that. But still you can tell him you want to hear it often and he will be able to change himself to make u feel better.

Soul mate is a stupid word. Every Aries girl i have met in past seems to be falling under that soul mate category lately. Still its not as intoxicating as gemini or aqua.

I consider mine a success story. I believe the journey and not the ending is the one that's beautiful. If we were nauseatingly sweet with each other like hunnybuns I think it would get boring.

Sometimes people write here to complain and let out the bad stuff - get more opinions. Not mentioning the good times doesn't mean they don't exist.

"Soulmates", proverbial or real, have the hardest times, because they're here to grow and not laze away and stagnate.

we hang around everyone we like. That doesn't mean we want to spend our life with them. She probably likes u in many ways. But there could be something which she consider inappropriate to build a relationship just because she likes you. May be you should checkout another libra girl.

The first aries i liked walked away from me a year ago and few weeks back asked me if i will still be in asia if she want to move this side once her current contract is over. Now i dont know what it means. Another aries girl and me have been mailing each other for over a month. and I am meeting up another aries girl here locally whenever possible for dinner. We just talk nonstop and walk around streets. She is going back to france in 2 weeks time so i dont want to start anything. 😢 Then I met an aries girl from a local dating site and we had a chat and we decided to meet that evening and spend 4-5 hours walking around and bar hopping. Nothing else happened though. 😢 She will be back in Singapore after xmas holidays. I am looking forward to that. This seems more easy compared to an air sign. Just easy. but not as exciting as an air sign.

Mine is a success story (so far). Fell in love love with a perfect libra man in december last year. Both finished our current engagements in order to be together. Moved in together in may. Overcame a lot of obstacles together. Talking about having our first child together soon... So life can be good!

Sorry, none from me. I think I even destroyed the closest libra relationship I had.. Sigh... 😢

I don't think there's really such thing as "success" stories. The concept is nice, but how do you measure that?
Someone who obtains success, especially as a goal, finally gets it and then what? In relationships, it's the journey that counts. To have "success" means to have an ending.

Do you consider marriage "success"? I'm not sure how many people are trapped in their marriage; alot of successfully married couples I see have their bad times. I'm sure they take each other for granted sometimes.

If you mean success as taking things to the next level, things are always moving forward. To make it move faster involves timing and knowledge of the situation. To have a libra's attention and love is already success in my book.

Just imagine it go away when you want it to stay and you'll know what I mean.

I know what thelibran meant but I think you are misunderstanding his
meaning. With Aries it IS easy. (Not that they ARE easy) They are easy to be with, just so peaceful,
harmonious, stable, and well ... easy. It is a really accepting loving
friendship. It can be a true partnership. You just need one who is tired of
all the bullcrap, and find one who is really ready for a relationship.
Often, I think those two things go hand and hand.

It isn't an exciting passionate crazy relationship full of ups and downs and
will he call or won't he call drama. It is stable and reliable. My Aries
hasn't given me a moments worry. I am sure he would say the same about me.

People think all the ups and downs and longing and confusion and push-pull
games are love. That isn't love. That is dysfunctional bullshit. That is
drama, drama, drama which keeps you from the important things in life
because it is a distracting and life-sucking. It is safe because it really prevents you from sharing true day to day intimacy with a partner. It keeps you engaged in the battle so you forget that it is suppose to be easy and fun damnit! lol!

Love is really subtle and creeps up on you. It is joyous and continuous and
supportive. It doesn't come in waves and crashes. It comes on velvet
slippers and sits down beside you. It is a blanket of warmth that embraces
you and quietly supports you from all sides.

After years of disappointment and hardship and exciting disasterous relationships, I am rediscovering what it is thanks to my very easy Aries friend ... and I am truly blessed and grateful because of it.

I think when it is real, love
is really easy. In fact, I think it can be the easiest thing in the world,
and I think we are truly blessed because it is.

Joi, you got me a bit wrong there. Its so much of games and confusions with gemini and conflict of pride with aqua. But there is no such drama with Aries. Its straight forward talks, no nonsense type. And hardly any lies or hiding. Aries dont care what others might think about them before they talk. So they speak honestly. Which others cannot do it with that ease. In that way its really easy for a libra to get things working btween Aries. But when it comes to mental simulation, gem and aqua does it well. Bcoz they can be playful and we get to have a lot of double talks and multiple meaning dialogs. But bcoz of this same push and pull its so much of hardwork to begin a relationship with gem or aqua. Aries is hardly playful and highly intelligent. Almost as good as libra and sometimes better. Gem or aqua dont reach that level easily and its once again hardwork for us to teach them things we know.

I have a healthy, sexy relationship w/ a libra male which I consider a success story. Eight months of fun, adventure, fine wine, good trips, and enjoying the nightlife as well as nights in... plus we rock the bedroom.

I am an Aries and my Libra guy would never classify me as "easy" or not "exciting". Most Libras I know are too smart and logical to catergorize ppl solely by their astrological sign alone so no worries Joi. Aries feels intuitively first then logically whereas in my experience Libra takes the logical approach first but in the end you can reach the same destination and learn so much more about the journey through the others point of view.

Easy and not exciting compared to Gemini and Aqua. Aries and Libra girls come 3rd in the list for a libra man in terms of intellectual excitement. But in terms of beginning a relationship, Aries and Libra girls comes first. So suppose if any gemini or aqua has brains to handle their own playful and pride nature, libra will fall for them. But they just cannot. So Aries and Libra takes the prize.

Libran, your ignorance on astrology and pessimistic attitude is fucking irritating. There were other reasons why I ended it with my boyfriend. Those who believe that relationships are based solely on your fucking sun sign are looking for easy excuses to explain why a relationhship didn't work out. Trust me, if my family asks why we broke up, I'm not going to say "Oh it's because he was a Libra and his scales were off".

Marriage is a social invention. It need not end in marriage. But the relationship can go on. Marriages end these days bcoz most people get married to whoever comes in after a series of wrong relationships. Mostly relationship dont work out bcoz of social factors. Those same social factors make workable relationships hard to begin. We always tend to go for easy ones or whoever comes first. This craziness has been slowly destroying the balance of this entire world.

HP, Astrology is not my invention. It has nothing to do with your cultural background. It controls your brain activities, tastes and dislikes. You can psychologically make yourself believe anything you want. Thats exactly what everyone does to make themselves feel better. But it wont last for long. It ends someday. I did mentioned to Chatz long ago that it wont be easy since her Libras ex is an aqua. But then I tried my best to motivate her thinking I should remain positive. But what use? She ended up hurt and I started feeling I shouldn't have contributed to her hope. I did mentioned to you it wont last either. You never wanted to listen. No one wants to hear a negative statement when they are burning with lust. Whatever spoken negative will be used against whoever is trying to make you stay away from hurting two people.
