In my experience Libra girls compliment WAY more than there male counterparts. I try to as much as I can. But I noticed that you Libra ladies have a natural compliment heavy personality. I think it makes sense with your more outgoing charm and our more subtle charm.

I do find libra ladies much more outgoing than our libra brothers. Libra boys seem more akward and introverted than the women. (Mind you I don't know many Libra boys only about three. I know tons of libra women.)
Lol the akward and introverted air we have is a survival trait in the wild. It lures the females in the area to probe us, leaving them vulnerable to our smooth charm and setting them up for a wild ride.

Okay, now this is news to me... Libras always compliment in my experience, my ex would continue to compliment me after years of being together, although in the oddest moments when you least expect.
Oh, and LP, constantly, but I lurve complimenting them as well.
