I have seen a couple of sources that say the millennials starts early 80's and for kids as late as 97 basically people reaching adult hood in 2000 which I didn't even graduate high school till 2007 and I know for a fact that I am a millennials born in 88 and a couple of sources that says its starts in 77 which is only 3 years of from the start of the 80's and last until 95 ...a generation as far as I understand is 20 +years ..
the model I am going from is one that they handed out at work ...for a mandatory class "understanding generational differences" lol people totally flipped when they seen it lol .. 😄 I wonder if the teacher was a millennial...😄

It just means it should be treated as a possibility because there's no one fixed definition of time frame. But that's not what you are doing. You are insisting upon differentiating yourself, just like you did again above.

---> I disagree. Any individual is more likely to relate to another individual who are similar in age, give or take a few years, regardless of which "category of generation" they belong in, imo. As I said to cheeky, a 1981 Millennial is more likely to relate to someone who's born in 1976 than another Millennial who was born in 1994. The person who was born in 1976 would more like relate to the person born in 1981, than someone who was born in mid 1960s because they are closer in age.
The terms Gen X, Gen Y, and Millennial are just labels. It ultimately really boils down to whether you are in the similar stage in life with other individual or not ... whether you have similar life experience with the individual or not ... imo
