Yeah I eat like ? lol

Ice cream, pasta, grilled steak. But I'm also swimming average of 7 miles per week. And I do eat healthy stuff. I'm just not about deprivation. Life is too short to restrict yourself.

If you are squatting a lot and only bulking in your quads, it probably has to do with your form. In order to target your glutes, you have to make sure you are squatting deep (below parallel) and your feet need to be wide apart (more than shoulder-width). Also, knees can't pass your toes, and make sure you are squeezing your glutes to keep them engaged. If you are doing all these things correctly, you should be able to see improvement.

Callanetics is good for creating a feminine shape overall (curvy) forming the glutes/hips into a peachy shape. It creates a dancer's body, basically, and doesn't build out the abs like Pilates (which creates a square shape on many women and expands their waist size as a result).

Some Australians resurrected Callanetics (the founder died years ago) and one of them is an ectomorph but she built out her glutes more than most flat butted women with the techniques.

It's all done with body weight -- no equipment necessary except for some exercises a towel is used. You don't need much space to do it.

It takes a while to learn correct form, but after you have it down, you can do the exercises while watching TV or a movie so you don't get bored.

I have videos I can show you if you're interested. I first did Callanetics in the early 90s, from a book written by the woman who created it.

I find the bottom pics disgusting and more like a gettho taste

The best way to build a good lower body and avoid fat deposits is to run, both endurance and sprint.

sprint running will build you longer legs if you start now

I used to rollerblade competevely when I was younger which helped me to grow my muscle glutes and legs.

Some of the women on the picture work out, the one who plays volleyball probably plays for years.

But you should eat a lot of protein, and do a lot of exercises as Squats, right now since I haven't been roller blading in years, I have been working out for the last 5 yrs, I squat on the barbell about 135lbs also do leg press and many other workouts you can find online.

You have to be dedicated to it, I don't know how people can go from the top pics to the bottom results

DO NOT DO DEADLIFTS. it bulks the traps and neck. end up looking butch.

That's what I do but, standing up... Ankle weights flex n' hold... Back, side, side. I play spades.

My ass is not big... Just nice and round.

Hip thrusts

Pulsing squats

Squat crawl

Lunge squats

There is so much to do. I agree with the other posters who credit HIP THRUSTS as being fantastic for the booty. Mix it up and experiment to see what you enjoy.

Don't forget to SQUEEZE the booty as you come slowly to a standing position.

Also, do workouts that target your waist.

Follow Amanda on instagram and snapchat . She posts herself working out. Mostly Pilates, squats, body weight and sometimes weights. If you're 16 definitely get into sports and stick with it. Learn to enjoy it and you'll be happy you did in your old age. Anyone can start a workout routine. Consistency is key. Learn to enjoy it

I agree with everything - squatting DEEP and squeezing for a few seconds before repeating two, BUT the whole fear of knees passing the toes is overhyped. YES, the knees shouldn't pass the toes and wobble around, but it's over emphasized that if it happens slightly, people freak out. It's not as big of a deal as it's made out to be. If the toes pass the toes a bit, and the person still feels strong and stable - they are fine. It reminds me of when people were against the "ass to grass" type of squatting, claiming one had to stay parallel to the ground. ?

This entire thread is to point out how 90% of gluteal shape and fat deposit is predetermined.

In no way am I trying to instigate a seperate argument.

The fact that she had a butt before is important to know. Not everyone with a flat ass can expect to grow a big booty.

It's possible but using someone who has already had a butt to begin with doesn't help.

What you see there... "that's the outcome". It can take at least couple of months, but in those specific cases it took years of obsession with their body - strict diets and working out. Even plastic surgery. And also, quite important: those are not 16 years old! They're MATURE WOMEN (20+). Your body is not even fully developed yet. The one from the first shot is 30 years old (Amanda Lee). Not my type tho... way way way way way to shallow...



And her ass looks weird too. It's unproportionate, you can tell there's a fake side to it (yuck). Genetics my arse... the kind that costs around 5.000 $ :

Genetics can have a saying in terms of body type - that's true, but i pretty much doubt - there's anyone your age or younger who has a posterior shaped like that. What you probably saw is the posterior of a girl who's more active (maybe even working out) - compared to a posterior that's pressed all day on a chair while spending most of the time in front of a computer/laptop.

Fake boobs, fake asses, fake lips... are not my thing. Same goes for overgrown body parts (through steroids or whatever they might be using). To me, those stand out in a bad way. But that's just me tho. My tastes.

Does the second exercise have to be done on a yoga ball? I've seen variations where you just go on your hands and knees and lift the leg that way.

Also what weight does your girl do those exercises at?

All kinds of squats- Bulgarian squats, free bar squats, narrow stance squats, lateral banded squats, curtsy squats etc mix up heavy, medium & light weight .. all kinds of lunges -walking lunges, walking lunges with kick backs, reverse lunges, smith machine static lunges etc- mix up the weight u use ... all kinds of dead lifts- Romanian dead lifts, stiff legged dead lifts, sumo dead Lifts, unilateral dead lifts (one legged)- mix the weights up .. hip exercises - elevated hip thrusts, hip thrusts on the floor , reverse hyperextention .. donkey kicks, glute wipers - plyometrics will give your glutes a better shape- pop squats, pop lunges, box/bench jumps.. u can completely reshape your glutes with weights & of course cardio & eating correctly

It's both the food and the perception. Veggies and fresh food are more expensive here while processed stuff is dirt cheap. It's hard to find anything here that has a "normal" level of sweet. The first time I had a piece of cake I gave up after two bites because it was too intense. And on the other hand we Europeans are extremely harsh and real assholes when it comes to body shaming. The American average is already considered chubby to mildly overweight. Not sure if that has changed in the past couple of years.
