Assuming this thread isn't a joke... the guy is full of crap. If it feels good when someone else does it, it feels the exact same when he does it himself.

My guess is that it's his way of trying to talk you in to sex. Which might actually work... I've known 2 relatively intelligent women that truly believed that men HAD to have sex regularly, so they feel morally obligated to have sex with a guy when he "needs" it.

Unless he's psycho religious or something and feels like he needs to flagellate himself for impure thoughts.
