Cats Are Nasty As Fuck (I Don't Trust (Page 2)

Because my friend is a cat owner and she is very messy and doesn't clean behind herself like she should.. And when it comes down to her cat, she hasn't changed its litter box in a very very long time or won't even scrape her doo doo out the thing.
I ain't saying dogs aren't gross, but at least I can bathe the motherfucker and train it not to do certain shit.
While you have to take a cat how it is... Whatever it likes doing, it won't change.
And is it the cats fault her owner doesn't clean her litterbox? Everyone needs to piss and shit, it's got nothing to do with being filthy
Never been in a home or around a cat that "sprays" but I've only known housecats who spend most their time inside.
And don't even fucking come and say dog owners clean their dog's paws after they've been out in the mud and the rain and all kinds of shit. Most of them don't from my experience, they just let the dog bounce back into their place and on their sofa, in their bed... Cats are never that level filthy.
I have rain boots for my dog. People can laugh all they want, but I live in one of the rainiest cities in the world (as in days per year of rain, not rainfall quantity). Everyone removes their shoes before entering my home, and my dog trouncing about in the muddy streets is certainly no exception.
He's also not allowed on our bed. He's allowed everywhere else, just not our bed where we out our heads and faces and breathe all night on.

My dogs was never allowed in my bed either, because WE KNOW they dirty as fuck and they aren't our EQUAL.

This perfectly describes my shih tzu. He even makes meowing noises. He also likes to step on my keyboard when I'm trying to work.
I still love the little monster regardless, but I really wanted to get a dobie (my favourite breed). But my husband thinks they're too scary, and most rentals have pet weight limits.
Yeah, like my siamese wants to play fetch right now. We call her soccer kitty...

TBH having any animal in your house is nasty in some way or another.
I actually like both cats and dogs. I have 3 dogs and a cat. They occupy different niches in the household dynamic.

A lot of rentals allow cats but not dogs...doesnt seem logical to me since cats can cause way more damage, but that's just the way it is. So a lot of people I know who want a dog but can't have one look for cats to stand-in.
I've even seen people trying to walk their cats...like wtf. Those cats were clearly not having any of it.

So I grew up with cats in my household and even though cats have some selfish & independent attitudes, overall they're very long and sweet, examples:
- I had a cat that would give you a legit hug
- one time I got locked out of my house but it had this long glass view by the side of the door. Kitty saw me standing there and knocking, and knocking, cute lil bear started to try to reach for the door handle and clawing at the door to try to help. Bless his heart ❤️ so sweet.

In my work I spend most of my time in other ppl's homes and you can immediately tell if the person's got a dog. But I can never tell if a person's got a cat. Sometimes it takes weeks for me to notice they own a cat
