CLARIFICATION ON C3PO and if GRIEVOUS attaches himself.
GRIEVOUS will have to confirm the username to attach himself. Grievous now has solid proof of who you are.
If C3PO is attached, the only person who knows the accurate report is Grievous. After the 2 reports however, I will notify C3PO that he was manipulated. But he still will not know the accuracy of the reports as Grievous chooses if the report remain accurate or false.
