I am not oblivious to my own mistakes and flaws. I was part of the gossip when I heard it. But as I am sitting here seeing the gory details of it going on, I can't help be cringe at myself at being part of it. I dehumanized the person this impacts the most, and forgot there is one person that is being hurt the most. And I think this stuff should be discussed elsewhere where some of the people that weren't privy to it, can't see it. It's getting kinda ugly now.
