November 26, 2014: The Ferguson grand jury has spoken, but is it REALLY the will of the people— In the county of Ferguson, where Michael Brown was killed - 75% of the population is African American. Yet the prosecutor made sure that only 25% of the grand jury was Black - and now we know - that's the ONLY REASON that Darren Wilson was NOT INDICTED.

MediaTakeOut.com spoke with a family member of one of the THREE African American jurors on the FERGUSON grand jury. And according to them, ALL THREE of the Black jurors found that here was SUFFICIENT evidence to indict officer Darren Wilson. Furthermore, we're told that at least THREE of the other jurors, the White ones, were also willing to indict. But that they fell short of the 9 members necessary to bring an indictment.

The MTO insider is a family member to one of the Black jurors, and what she told us was NOTHING SHORT OF SHOCKING. Here are some of HER WORDS, "My [RELATION REDACTED] told me that all of the Black people [on the jury] wanted to indict. She also told me that there were some racial issues on the jury with [one grand jury] member being a racist (that's what they felt at least)."

MediaTakeOut.com's insider says that her family member believes that the FIX WAS IN - when they chose a jury that was practically ALL WHITE. The insider explained, "My [relative] said that by the first few weeks it was clear that there was enough to charge [Darren Wilson]. But they kept showing more and more evidence to confuse everyone."

And it gets even more scandalous. The insider told us that ALL OF THE BLACK JURORS were told that they should NOT talk to the press, or tell them what the vote was. The insider told us, "MTO, the prosecutor said that he will PUT THEM IN JAIL if they go to the press and tell them the shenanigans that went on in that grand jury."

whatever. yor're always yapping about the same old shyt. Always playing the poor me victim. in the time you complain on dxp, you could be working on another degree. Plenty of black people are successful. They apply themselves. They get a degree. They get a gig going on. They don't let the system deter them. they don't whine and make excuses. The credibility of "those people" (which in your post should read "our people" - because you and they are ALL Americans) is already established. They don't need to prove their worth in anyone's eyes when it comes to the same rights to freedom and happiness and "credibility" as you happen to enjoy.

There are folks from many races who are appalled at the looting. It makes no difference how many of which race are involved in it.

I just saw his interview. I will say that Dawon Gore is a way more likable character than Darren Wilson.

As bad as crime is, this country is not a war zone and it's citizens are not enemy combatants. Contrary to your authoritarian view of police powers, they do not have absolute authority. The problem is that those with your mentality have power and they use it to chip away at constitutional rights in favor of security and your sentiments on the matter are tenants of fascism.

Contrary to your belief, police do not have the ultimate authority to stop whomever on command. Perhaps if they realize that, there would be less situations like Ferguson. A symptom of the problem is the hiring of officers fresh back from 10+ years of back to back tours in Iraq and Afghanistan under constant threat. No treatment for PTSD and with a war like mentality, they get unleashed into the community. Yeah, smart idea to "militarize" the police force. Under most circumstances if you fail to comply with police requests you can be charged with a msidemenaour, often at minimum.

This isn't anything new. We have similar penalties north of our shared border

True, but charging someone with a misdemeanor or felony doesn't imply that they are actually guilty of said allegation or that the officer(s) in question had probable cause to order or *force* compliance with a command. Hence, the complaint procedure(grievance against the officer) or the civil procedure(suit in court) and a direct example of this is the Precinct that Mr Wilson was employed by right before his employment in Ferguson. Jennings, Missouri. The police force was disbanded by its own city council(vote was 6 to 1) for an overwhelming number of excessive force complaints and loss of revenue for judgementd entered against them in civil suits. This fact implies the duality of the system. Police officers have a responsibility to protect and serve...both law abiding citizens and criminals because of the Constituion. That is exactly why certain procedures must be followed because you not only put that person in jeopardy but yourself, the department, and the city/state as well. So, go ahead. Roll the dice. All it takes is "snake eyes" one time and the officer is in deep trouble. That

Only in this country do we have riots over a tragic end for someone who was being a disrespectful, non law abiding member of society. The entire thing is a cluster fuck. The people rioting and up in arms over this are behaving and condoning barbaric behavior that will do NOTHING to make things equal, sorry to say.

Old white guys aside, in situations where it is NOT racially charged, it immediately becomes so because a minority insists that's the case. You get Al Sharpton and gang coming in and turning something into a racial issue when that may have not been the case.

You can cry and moan about racism/racists, but when minorities assume that a white person is racist because they're white, they're incredibly racist themselves. It's kind of a ridiculous cycle.

This is just a general musing over the last few cases that have blown up all over the media and after listening to minority friends get sick of asshats perpetuating this shit. Old white guys aren't the only ones keeping racism alive. Maybe if some people stopped clinging to these notions to get them by in life, the issue would die down a bit faster. It gets rather frustrating when you see so many people who don't see skin color/try to squash that outdated thinking, only for it to be drowned out groups who keep the cycle going because they think the world constantly owes them due to their skin color. (MY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WRONGED. YOU OWE ME!)

This doesn't, of course, excuse legit cases of blatant racism from asshats or crooked cops though. Overall, there's clearly issues on both sides that are making the subject hard to resolve.

I used to belong to N.O.R.M.L (Nat'l Org. for the Reform of Marijuana Laws). Seeing, these laws change gives me hope for the future.

We fight unjust laws, practices, and processes and don't bow down like cowards.

You don't fight unjust laws by violating them and getting jail time as a result. And in this case we're not talking anything like saving trees or standing in front of a tank in Tiananmen Square.

It's weed.

If the substance you want to sell, for example, carries with it legal penalties, and you know this but you do it anyway and you don't care and you do time for it, that's called Fucking Up Your Life. And for weed, of all things.

If you decide that paying for two cigars is enough, and that running out with the whole box is justified (because you think you've paid enough already and the owner doesn't need all that money), are you going to call charges of theft unjust?

Pick your battles.
