No I don't take supplements. I use to take fat burners mostly for the energy, cause I lack a lot of it. But when I stared eating healthier I didn't need it anymore.
I'm going to start doing protein shacks cause at times I don't have time to eat, especially if I'm on the go. I am going to start pre-packaging so I won't have to cook all the time or waste time doing it. When I can just go in the fridge that day and pop it on the microwave.

Like you said, it has to be a life style , not a momentary obsession just to lose some weight. Moderation is key with everything except love perhaps, hmm, not sure.
hmm, well I dunno, let's try it and see! π
How do we start?
By making eachother sweat!
That's all fine and wonderful but how is that doing anything for me? πclick to expand
Oh that's right, we said we'd try love, not sweaty, animalistic, testosterone-ridden lust... You're confusing the lion from that position!!
How about we leave our webcams on throughout the night and take turns watching eachother sleep? π

OMG!
Did legs yesterday and shoulders, up the weights, and I can't even walk up and down the stairs let alone sit on my toilet. Every single inch of me hurts.
But it was soooo good, especially legs I went deep this time on everything.
I stretched, took a hot bath last night , and still woke up extremely sore. Any who moral of the story I pushed the boundaries yesterday. And I was both proud of myself and excited. The workout felt amazing.
Today was chest, and triceps and I'm pretty sure my breast are going to hurt like hell tomorrow.
Stay fit ya'll gonna go cook.

I did 300 consecutive squats, varying my form a bit for given periods of time. No weight, but actually coming all the way up and sitting down completely on a step about 1.5 feet off the ground. That's a great way to fuck up your legs. I'm lethargic today lol.
That's how I did it yesterday with the bar and I'm paying for it today. It hurts but it feels good. I saw a fitness model go all the way down in a squat position and slowly come up. Thanks to her motivational video I can't sit down.....lol.
But I feel awesome'
I split my cycle into 2-3 days, depending on what kind of week I'm having. E.g. I work out two days, take one day off and start over again. Every session last for about 60-75 minutes. In a perfect world, my schedule consists of three days and rest, something like this--
Day One: Primarely chest exercices, biceps, abs
Day Two: Primarely upper back and shoulder exercices, triceps.
Day Three: Legs, lower back, abs + cardio workout
Day Four: [Rest]
# It may seem a little schizo to split bi- and triceps into two seperate days, but it's because I need the triceps for day two when I'm doing the back excercices, can't afford to get jelllyarms.
# To get the most of my workout, I never combine two large muscle groups into one session (e.g. chest and back).
# Every new 2-days cycle starts with the "session" I had before the rest day. That way all the muscle groups get a 'fair treatment', and so if I'm having a bad day when I'm doing the back excercices the day before the rest, I will probably do much better when I start with them after my day of rest. That way, any time I have a bad "session", it's based purely on coincidence, and not on the way I have layed out my routine.
** None of this is something I live by, it's just something I keep in the back of my head. I try to change my routines around and incorperate new stuff every couple of months or so. Variety helps results when it comes to bodybuilding, and keeps you from "wearing out" your muscles.
So let's hear about your routine(s)! What kind of "cycles" do you do?

just as important as a work out is regular bowel movement.
set a routine. wake up everyday at 7 or 8. then poo at around 9 or 10 like clockwork. eat high fibre foods and cereal.
I remember i went through a whole year without working out. busy with work and school, i was still lean and cut.
i agree with this

That's it right there. I'm very regular.
I don't need to loose weight. Fitness and exercise is simply fun... another recreational I love. It calms my euphoria, grounds me.
Loose inches not weight. I try to be the heaviest (insert any petite size) I can.
Not gonna just push me down, and I need force power. I'm only 5'3.
1. Yoga
2. Aerobics with weights
3. Biking

Let's talk objectification at the gym!
I've noticed many women seem insecure about working out and lifting weights alongside men, unless we're talking group workout, which is basically where women hide out the most. Can you relate?
And how do you feel about having all the guys watching you like they want to eat you alive? Must be a hell concentrating at what you're doing.

I feel it the other way around, some men feel inferior working out next to me. I workout out alone, other women slow me down with their nonstop jabbering.
I workout at a level 8 by myself, when I have an audience, im at a level 20. I liked being watched but I dont like it when men stop me and give me their bullshit tips just to have something to stay. Bro please go back to your designated area. If u wanna speak to me, say hi.
I concentrate pretty well. Im focused. On a mission.
There was another workout thread and kettleballs were discussed by sutekh and donjohnson, I went out and got one.
I workout at home and always have.
Absolutely no possibility of distraction allowed.
It's cheaper and I can workout on a whim.

Honestly lifting weights with a whole bunch of guys in the weight room makes me more competitive and motivated me more.
The also give me tips and helps spot me and most of them are in the zone so they don't hit one woman.
When lift weights it just me and my friend and we are the only two woman in the weight room.
It's true man actually do feel inferior when woman lift weights because I've had a few new members look at me surprised or even try to act more macho by going up in weights and I do the same workouts men do.
