Cuz most people these days are fucking either liars, cheaters, theives, manipulators, gossipers, or drama queens. I read peoples relationship bs on here and they want love or want someone to give them life when they themselves are cheating (physical or emotion), lying, backstabbing, constantly hurting the person or rejecting them, or abusive in some way. Reading this shit makes me feel like living in the woods. It makes me so angry to see this type of shit. So angry that I'm never coming back to this site. People degrade people they claim they care bout then got the audacity to play the victim. Objectifying women. Objectifying men. People cheating in their marriage with no qualms about it. People purposely trying to bring someone down. People giving every explicit detail in sex had. People trying to tell people shit they clearly know nothing about. People stalkin people but won't simply talk to then. Is this really what this has come to. People in their 30s 40s 50s 60s acting like this. When I get home from work I'm going to go hug my man and tell him how much I love and appreciate him. I met some wonderful people on here but reading this shit is even hurtful to me so I'm ghost.

There are still good people in the world today. Repeat 10 times. I wish there was a way that the people they talk about can read their posts IRL. Let them see their real face. They should give them a chance to see them for who they really are so they can make better life decisions for theirselves

I get people are human but where do we draw the line? We are NOT ANIMALS! Or maybe we should be treated like animals if that's it. Yes I know where and what my man is doing and if I don't I trust him enough to let him roam. He gets the same from me. We were college sweethearts and still are just as in love. Why? Cuz we let each other see the real and when shit goes sour we at least respect one another.

It's their lives and their relationships..So why let it bother you?

I will say I've gained a lot of different insights by being on this site. I'm in a small town with southern country living and I've been exposed to a variety of different types of people with different perspectives and I have to admit, my mind has opened a lot. Oh, I'm still opinionated, but I'm able to see different points of view from what I'm exposed to here rather than what I'm exposed to at home. I value all the different backgrounds, cultures, geographical/countries viewpoints, etc.

Like, if you've only known one way of thinking, getting exposed to different ways of thinking is enlightening.

Whenever I get annoyed by someone on here I just go off and do more important stuff. This is a just a site where people come to rant and rave about anything and everything, AND SOMETIMES, get some advice that they have the perogative to use (or not).

Yeah, but when you deal with all sorts of ridiculous and crazy shit irl and proceed to see even more fuckery here, it just makes you look at the grand scale of how things are/becoming and it's just sad/maddening.

It's even sadder when the same core of users here CONDONE and justify this bullshit behavior. It's like are they serious or trolling because it's the internets. To see it happen irl is one thing, but to see the thought process behind the asshole behavior is another.

You know, I am thinking when I first came to this site, people were more real and gave solid advice. It seemed that good morals were encouraged and sluttery/cheating/immoral behavior was challenged. People were actually willing to help the dysfunctional with valid viewpoints and advice. Sure, there were jokes and smart assedness and kidding around, but for the most part people were actually trying to be helpful.

Then again, I was a newbie then and maybe I didn't see it for what it was. 🙂

Nah, I remember it being like that too awhile back.

But those who held those morals and gave that advice moved along and have all been replaced by different folks- many who are much younger and a part of a generation that condones all sorts of crazy shit due to ignorance and selfishness.

I didn't want to be remembered like a raging Scorp and I couldn't help but read these. Rockyroad this is what I was feeling and it honestly hurt me because i had hope for us all and seeing how people really think scared me. I thought people do those things and think those things only on TV. But no. It had me even questioning my own husband and we've been happily married for years. I think about the people hurt and hurting others cuz their hurt. Bad people hurting good people and turning the good ones into monsters. Bad people getting away with ruining people's lives. I wonder if they even care if they ruin a person so bad that they can't ever love again or live a decent life. It's human nature to have faults. These things have been occurring the whole time, not just recently and not just on dxp. Women and men still cheated back when marriage was about property, not love, and well before then. Even if you don't like seeing it and choose to ignore it, it's all around you. I, personally, would rather be exposed to it on dxp or wherever else just so I'm not blind to something that's always occurring. I'll have time to be desensitized should I ever have such issues hit home.

No. No. People are getting worse and evil. This is not how it was. These days people don't even know what commitment means or really what love vs infatuation vs narccism is or the difference. Back in the day problems would still be there but not like this not so often and not so insensitively. People have lost a lot of dignity and pride over the years. Most people don't have real relationships they just have a a team of people they sleeep with when they don't feel satisfied about theirselves. People have trouble with just working out their issues with their spouse or theirself. When they hurt they try to just stuff it with something destructive. All the while jumping from person to person they lose a piece of theirself each time.. That's why so many people are broken and at agony inside. And it's useless and not necessary. Hurt is real. There are way more people today walking around hurt and crushed than back in the day. Why take scraps when you can live a much better life? I get that we all make mistakes and we all are flawed. But how long will you keep using that tried and tired excuse? People are allowed to have their mistakes and excuses but when you deliberately hurt another for your own selfish reasons or pride or assuming or hate then you go from being flawed human to demon. Evil spirits are taking over a lot of minds and bodies.

Greenlight, the only difference is the amount of choice people have. There's more freedom today to choose your own path. That doesn't mean people were not plotting in their minds before or doing it in secret. Is the act the only thing that makes it evil? Either way, I have to disagree with you that things have changed. It's my belief that people tend to think things have gotten worse when they've been personally affected by something. Not saying that that's the case for you, but I believe that's the case for many people. Look back in history and you'll see similar or the same things you see today. No matter how much you dislike it, people will not change. Especially as a whole.

There are fucking sickos out here who abuse women and children and think nothing of it. There people out here who will steal from their own dying mother and think nothing of it. No, you're taking a lot of what I'm saying out of context. Listen, the only behavior you can change is yours. Focus on yourself because no matter how others' behavior upsets you, you have no control over them. But, of course, you can continue being angry and upset at those people, but you'll never stop hating. Don't let your own happiness be ruined by what other people do.

I'm sorry oic what you meant there. I know I only have control of myself but I can't help but to react because it effects us all in small ways that turn out to be big ways. Just like getting upset with people who abuse the welfare system on my tax dollars. You can't help but to get angry because of selfish people who don't want to work and keep having babies when there are people out there who can't get welfare but need it more. It's just something disgusting. It's like seeing a woman get abused in public. It has the same feel with me.

I think those kind of situations make everyone a little angry occasionally. It actually helps me to think that those actions are a part of human nature since I can compare it to myself or people I know and understand that everyone makes good and bad choices yet I still care deeply for those close to me despite it. Thus, I can think that the people I don't know who act immorally or do something horrible are also those who made good and bad choices and who may have some good choices left in them. That may not help you and you may not agree with that thought process, but you really should find some method. I've tried to argue with too many people on too many issues and have realized there's too many people with views and values that I consider problematic that won't change their mind to make feeling so negative and angry worth it. Especially on dxp. Most conversations can feel like you're talking to a wall and half those are probably due to trolls trying to rile others up on purpose. You decide what you will do in the end, though. Since you don't seem like a bad person I will wish you good luck with that, as well. : )

Maybe if people just stopped watching so much porn, the times would change.
