I text immediately, sometimes even before they are done writing their message!! It is the ONLY WAY they know I am interested! If not they have free reign to slash my tires.

Correct. I also genuinely hate texting. Outside of asking a woman out on dates, or sending invites, I only use it to receive quick bursts of information. It's just an inefficient way to communicate otherwise.
I don't mind if a woman likes to text if I'm into her, but she just needs to understand that it's not my preferred method communicating. If the texts become too long, I'm either going to call her or ask her to tell me in person.

And that's just it: ghosting is a thing for some (that's how they try push people away) - while others are simply not that good with texting - so it might take them longer to get back to you. If you treat the ghosting type like the 2nd group of people - might take you a week to realize that it's over. And while treating the 2nd group as the ghosting type - you might end-up loosing someone who could be fond of you (and vice-versa).

i hardly hear a "how are you" ... it's been replaced by "where are you" ..."are you on your way" i hear it often when people take a call on their mobile phone ..."oh hi i'm here and here" "on the bus, train etc etc etc". it's become a tool of control and regulation. goddamn i'll be there when i get there right?

i hardly hear a "how are you" ... it's been replaced by "where are you" ..."are you on your way" i hear it often when people take a call on their mobile phone ..."oh hi i'm here and here" "on the bus, train etc etc etc". it's become a tool of control and regulation. goddamn i'll be there when i get there right?
i feel that being in touch 24/7 is a source of pressure; which causes stress annnnd has elevated lying and excuses to the next game.

That sounds like people who live together for quite some time. Maybe even married. Thus... "asking how are you" - might be redundant in the situations you described above. I mean, if they live in the same house - they should be able to tell...even talk about it if necessary. Thus, if the other party is out for quite some time - and they didn't get to talk about it (in a relationship where there's communication - it's quite common to brief the other party about your future intents - so he/she wouldn't worry / just as well you could be involved in some accident) - a question like "where are you" can actually imply "how are you (right now)". That and "can you stop by the supermarket (or whatever) - and buy this or that...". (:
I would be more worried about people who are in relationship - and don't give a fu'k about each-other's whereabouts. Goes to prove how much they care about each-other if they don't even notice each-others absence. Same goes for their level of intimacy and communication. Probably, some fuck buddies that objectify each-other for sexual pleasures. But other than that - they couldn't care less. Kinda like those scenarios - where the police shows up to announce the death of one's loved one (more like "roommate") - tho, while the officer writes down the report he realizes that she/he - didn't even notice her/his partner was missing. 2 or 3 days since its death...?
Personally, i need some space/freedom (i need some time for myself as well), so i can see where you're coming from. And i can agree that "to much - is to much". If there's compatibility (a mutual-understanding from this point of view - where both parties feel the same), trust and communication - i don't see how things could get to that (source of pressure). Tho, in same time - I'm also aware of people who are quite codependent of one another (almost glued to together - if you will) - and since they're both like that... they're quite receptive - to each-other's almost constant need (24/7). I shared a house with 2 couples who were a lot like that - and it seems to work for them.

With that being said I hate texting and calling, it gets tiring. But I like witty women who can make me laugh while texting by teasing and insulting me. They are the best.
In the end women don't even like guys who immediately reply at all, so don't be saulty, you like to play the game that way. ^^

Busy? No crap. Sending text takes a few seconds. Why not texting or calling if you care?
