1.Conquered Severe/Clinical Depression. You know, the actual disorder? Not just having a lowly mood. But the actual psychological disorder. And not just "get by in spite of it", but actually literally "got over it". Beat it. It no longer exists.
2.Became vastly more confident and self-assertive. Overcoming severe social and general anxiety.
2.Became vastly more physically fit than I previously was. In fact I used to be below average in fitness. But now I'm above-average.
3.Learned how to make digital art.
4.Improved my sing and rap ability.
5.Learned coding.
6.Extensively researched MBTI, Astrology, and Classpect.
Etc. In a mere 5 years. Seems like a good start to me.click to expand
