I literally can't go any where without people kissing, caressing or staring at each other.
Yes; I'm jealous
Yes; I'm hating
Yes; I'm annoyed

Even an unattractive woman was sitting alone and her husband came up behind her and kissed her aggressively on the neck. Her answer? You're lucky it wasn't someone else... I could just smile while I hold back the tears to my own loneliness....

rant over

Look a little closer OP ~ lots of people that are in relationships are unhappy, being cheated on, unfulfilled and not in a state of *bliss* that we perceive them to be

I was you at one time

Now, i see clearly and realize my perceptions were somewhat shrouded in mist

🙂
+1000. I recently wrote the same thing on my Facebook. On the surface, people who are in a relationship look all happy and dandy to truly single people, but the moment you get close to someone in a relationship, you find out just how false the glimmer is. A lot of people get in relationship and stay in relationship for the wrong reasons. You see the inner politics of their relationship if you get close to someone who is in a relationship. You see couples fighting over Tupperware, Xbox and or simply cheating on one another. At least that's been my experience. LOL

I just noticed the OP is a Pisces ~ the desire to merge with another is very strong

Yep. I think it's extremely healthy for her to notice how she feels to see other "happy" couples right now. It's kind of like the first step to developing a relationship ideal of your own rather than relegating yourself to a place of "not wanting someone in your life" which can kill the soul of certain people. I'm happy being single for a while, but I remind myself that SOME DAY I'll want a man in my life...when I was single that is. lol

It helped me to enjoy all of the benefits of single hood without feeling like I needed to abandon my dream of having a healthy/thriving/mutual relationship one day in the future.

I love how focusing on the negative of relationships are what justify being single. lol
When you get in a relationship you start to miss being single. No more full weekends spent video gaming :/

My guy can game anytime he wants without being penalized for it. If you don't date a gamer girl, then at least date a woman who can allow you to indulge in your video game hobby without demeaning you for it. I think that's the problem. Our society tells us that video gamers are immature and that they're hobby is less fulfilling or valid than someone who goes fishing, golfing, etc. I see the video game as an outlet and a perfect time for me to get some things done. He picked up the new NBA 2K16 last night. lol He was all kinds of excited. He took me to a Japanese steakhouse where he'd made reservations before indulging in his game. Then when it was time for that...I packed his lunch for today, took a long ass shower, put on a sexy nightie and massaged his back while he played. When I was done, I laid down in the bed and relaxed while he finished playing. I don't trip on him. I especially like it when he was in town and wanted to stay home to play the game un-bothered and I was able to go to the bar to hang with friends WITHOUT being accused of cheating or being asked who I met, etc. In this relationship, if I let him do him, in equal parts...he let's me do me without penalizing me later. That part of our relationship is BEAUTIFUL. He sends me pics of him playing his games in his boxes and I send him pics of me and my buddies hanging out at the bar. LMBO!!! It works. And there are times when it's vice versa...he hangs with his buddies and sends me pics while I'm chilling in the bed with a glass of wine listening to music and send him pics.

Thanks, but see...I don't see it that way. All I did was chill. He's the one who arranged and paid for the nice dinner as well as drove three hours to pick me up in the first place after working a 12 hour shift. And he made dinner reservations right after working a 12 hour shift yesterday and I'd made chicken soup from scratch. He could have been like...oh chicken soup is here...we don't have to go anywhere, but he was like, "you're in town, I want to do something nice, I made reservations...let's go". Plus he had to work ANOTHER 12 hour shift today. Nah Bruh...my man is the REAL MVP. lol ha ha ha ha

there is a saying here *what is meant for you will not pass you by*

+1

All this ridiculous pining doesn't do shit. Stop it. It'll happen when it happens.

Well this, Especially reading from DXPnet and I even got to realized that it's best not to have relationship until someone is stable & mature.

Hence why I rather also be single.
Basically. There have been way too many generations of immature adult children and it makes dating even more difficult.

You're with the wrong person if this is what happens. Guys and video games aren't a problem as long as it doesn't start affecting the quality of the relationship. I get annoyed when girls get all shitty about guys and video games. Stfu. As long as they aren't neglecting your relationship, still making time for the relationship, and not being a total bum, who cares?

a damsel in distress .. the white knight in my LIBRA sun cannot bear this sight

I want to believe in the illusion. I just want to be a part of it too. It's cold and rainy and I'm haunted by Melody Gardot. Plus my hormones have synced up with the moon so I'm flowing.
that's your PISCES sun right there ..
LEO moon: attention/adoration addiction
LIBRA rising: singlephobia

sadly, your natal chart is doing this to you .. and I believe no amount of DXP wisdom can counter that influence 😢
if you need to cry then LET IT ALL OUT .. let those singlephobic tears fill up your room until you have to gasp for air

as you're fighting to not get drown in your sea of sorrow, you'll realize you wasted a lot of energy over sthg that wasn't that much of a big deal
"FUCK CRYING OVER BEING SINGLE" you'll shout .. you'll start to not give a shit
you'll be hitting the clubs with the purpose of having fun rather than getting free drinks and male validation
you'll start making youtube vids on the benefits of being single, the power of womanhood and all that stuff

next thing you know, a Trey Songz look-alike will be at your door with a bouquet and the keys to a pink Lexus

Dear subscribers, I have to take a break from youtube due to real life emergencies ...

YES!!!! Can I have Amare Stoudamire or Idris Elba? As long as he's intelligent. Hell I'd take the Scorpio I'm in love with if he hit the lotto

A whore with a nijab.
Don't be so dense.

No different from girls raised in strict catholic families and being total sluts.
Did you compared Catholics to Muslims?

Yeap same concept.

Lol @ "a whore with a nijab". To think these words come from someone who thinks he has something to teach me. I rest my case.

Completely different cultures...completely. Open a sociology book on cultural management.

I said concept, not culture. Do you read books with the same precision? Also you seem to have gotten culture and religion mixed up.

Glad your online course in Sociology is coming in nicely though.

Event the concepts are completely different. Islam is an integration of political, economic, and militaristic ideologies that must be followed with no question. The Catholics allows you to question your face, and leave peacefully. Nearly every Christian faith allows you to question and leave if you choose.

To further the differences, we were remorseful when we retaliated against the Islamic invasion during the Crusades. Muhammad would rape children and be praised.
Nope, Islam is still a religion with different "branches" just like Christianity, Catholicism being one of those. If you think deeper than rectum level you'll see how that applies to your narrative on Islam being an "integration of political, economic and militaristic ideologies" ,and how the same point can be made about Christianity throughout history. Not that I wish to spawn way for petty 9th grade debates on which religion is "more peace loving", which seems to be your agenda. Why else would you insist on not putting things in their right context, or more importantly, in the context of the times we live in?

"We were remorseful when we retaliated against the Islamic incasions". What's that even mean, who are we? Are you personally remorseful about that right now? Or do you feel you have exclusive rights to the feelings and sentiments of all Christians (historically as well as present day) just as you have exclusive rights in defining the faith of all Muslims? gtfo, it's clear what high horse you're sitting on and where it's coming from.

Nope. Your logic behind the comparison is flawed, just because it is held as a religion does not conclude the contents of the religion are universal to all. Islam, at it's core, is to be interpreted literally.
Which in the end is irrelevant because Muslims, like Christians, will go ahead and interpret it any fcking way they please, based on practicality, "personal beliefs", but above all the political climate they live in. As in the case of Christianity, it will bend and shape depending on where it's practiced. You're quite the little litteral thinker, aren't you?

Posted by theDomino
Because of this, you have the Middle East be branched into various sub-groups who interpret the Qu'ran differently.
As oppose to Christianity where everyone's always agreed on one interpretation? Which also brings me back to my point in the paragraph above.

Posted by theDomino
Given how Islam incorporates militarism of religion, political structure, and it's jurisdiction, each nation within the Middle East has continuously fueled war mongering of other Arab states for their political motives (i.e. interpretation of Islam).

Mankind waging wars in the name of a greater (political) purpose? Unheard of! Only in the Middle East !!

Basically you made no valid point there whatsoever .

We, being the Europeans. We is a very board term that is interpreted based on context.

So again, you deem yourself to be in a position to speak on behalf of every Christian, just as you consider yourself entitled to define the "core" of Islam? Isn't that a little arrogant considering we're talking about personal beliefs here? Lmfao @ "We were remorseful" .

You really have not studied culture, religion, nor anything related to these fields. You are pulling the most ignorant statements I have ever seen outside of the typical Catholic fundamentalist schema. I'm sorry, but you clearly have no understanding of either religion, and merely speaking out of your ass. This is my last response to your ignorant ridden face.
Funny, you repeatedly pride yourself of your education yet most of what you say that's actually knowledge, is religion on high school level at best, or more likely Wikipedia, seen as you fail to present your arguments with any deeper understanding of what you're saying, or implying. "Direct interpretation of the Qu'ran is essential to Islamic belief", yet I know of no Muslim personally who follows the Qu'ran slavically, or interprets it literally. Do you?

How can that be? Are they not real Muslims, then? Hypothetical question.
