What you think you want..
Is it what you truly want?
Or is it something you were subconsciously preset to want by society?
Once you attain it will that emptiness inside go away?
What do you think will really make that emptiness inside go away?
It's what I want. Society has shown a disregard for what I want. The emptiness probably won't go away, but I will be at least half full.click to expand

I’ve experienced everything I want in this world
I’m ready for aliens

I float between different things to distract me from existential questions that which I see no definite answer. But the surest thing to do is to keep moving, putting my heart and soul into whatever feeds my passion at the time. The memory serves as a great souvenir.

A good placement to look up for this is black moon Lilith. It’s not just about sex. It’s about who you are on a deep, primal level before society’s influence gets to you. It can be like a shadow side if left unattended.click to expand

This is why I don't think about what I want. It's an impossible question
I can say I want X but how long will that last? I don't trust that it's really what I want or that I won't change my mind so I don't even bother
I'm not good at setting goals and being driven in that way. I can achieve things but they sort of happen rather than being pre-planned as something I work towards through wanting them

The trick is to never achieve what you want but you still keep going because you believe you will get what you want
That's what we life coaches call being positively delusional

Let me put it this way. Do you remember the time before you were born?
Cue after you die.click to expand

Cue after you die.
Oddly yes, but it's based off of the information that was left by those who are mostly dead.
So you consider life this short meaningless thing, but aren’t empty inside? So what's the point of anything? Why even care or try if it's all for nothing?
I find it fascinating to speak with people who try to make the best of things, but have no actual faith or meaning behind anything at all. People who are fine with the idea of living a short controlled life, then dying thus going back to not existing. It's almost like some kind of programming imo. Though it's probably much less deep then that, and mostly natural for humans to feel that way.click to expand
