Also, I don't read the titles of news reports anyway. Sometimes news agencies tend to dissuade people. I read them but I have to take them with a grain of salt. Numbers are far more reliable than the titles.
I have yet to read that London murders higher than NY murders news report. In my point of view, what is the relevance of this news? That it's not the gun restrictions that would solve the mass shootings issue? If London has higher murder stats, maybe it could be another factor that's driving the numbers up. Also, what about the other countries? Why do we concentrate on one city alone? Shouldn't we consider other cities too?
Not all people are the same. Not everyone is brilliant and could find ways whatever may be the situation. Not everyone has money. Not everyone goes to the internet. Not everyone is minor. Not everyone is demented.

Or when anybody goes to Portland Oregon they take liquor orders
I try very hard not to buy liquor in Washington state
taxes are not the same as restrictions
taxes only increase the prices of commodities
but restrictions make it impossible for certain people to access guns no matter how much money they may have
taxes only dissuade people from buying products
but restrictions PREVENT certain people from buying them
For example, here in the PH, before you can buy guns, you must have licence to carry firearms.

Well not all of them are that sharp so a lot of these people would be prevented from doing harm
talk about numbers or percentages; not absolutes.
People will always find a way to inflict harm on others. It would just make it harder for them to stay motivated if they can't find something to shoot with.
but don't kid yourself, there's enough firearms and ammunition already out in the world as it is anyway.
And America is top of the list for using them

No...I think you may have misunderstood me. Try as you might and there is nothing wrong with trying but it will not stop criminals, murders and the like from finding ways and other means of killing or harming others.
It will not stop 100% . It will stop a significant portion. No one is saying anything different.
So you really believe....banning or restrictions is going to stop a portion of criminals and murders? Which portion exactly?
The hot headed impulsive type. You know the type to grab an available gun in the heat of the moment, that wouldn’t have been there with gun restriction?
Data has given us a lot of information on how easily susceptible we are to marketing and persuasion. You might not think so but having any product available everywhere will increase its likelihood of being purchased. The more people with guns the more wives shot the more accidental deaths the more the idea of using the gun is less vague idea and more easily executable plan.
You can look to other countries statistics to see how less available guns have resulted in not always 100% reduction but a significant reduction. It’s just data. 🤷♀️ I’d pull it for you but I’m just getting ready to go out and I’m sure you can find it for yourself!

It's not the same thing (it's not a legit comparison). If they ban guns in your state - and you "smuggle one from another state (cause you won't be allowed to just carry it around in your bag - like alcohol)" - you're committing a crime. If gun laws become serious in your state (like they are in countries like mine / which btw it's as big as an American state) - you'll go to jail if they catch you with a gun.

I think the main cause for all the shootings lies in your absurdly easy gun restrictions.
There are consequences good & bad for every decision made whether u realize it or not. Taking guns today might be harmful for people in the future.
