It’s only fair to get half though, especially if there are kids involved, otherwise how would they live if the woman had no career? They’d live off of welfare.
Why are we just automatically granting that the woman get custody? If she wouldn't have jack shit without mooching off of the husband, then it really makes you rethink the idea that the woman is a better caretaker when the father is the one providing LITERALLY EVERYTHING. If the Husband doesn't want custody. Then he should have to finance the Children. But only them, not the mother too. If the woman can't support herself even then, then she should lose custody and the father should be forced to take custody of them regardless of what he wants.I agree though, I no longer believe in marriage. It’s one of these things that surprisingly somehow has lasted this long!? It’s only after I got married to my ex that I realized how it’s not for me.
Just to be clear I'm not saying that to say monogamously committed relationships shouldn't exist, just FYI. But obviously Marriage won't do jack dick to "force" a person to be loyal. Either they will or they won't, and that is true even if you just stay committed by pure choice of will, or you cheat in an 8 year long relationship.
Of course it also DOES make things less complicated in general. In a regular girlfriend/boyfriend relationship you can break up as soon as you desire to. In marriage you are forced to be "with" someone even when you don't want to be. Without marriage, whenever someone cheats it's easier to just tell the person to fuck off and walk out the door. It's also easier to orchestrate open relationships and polygamy that way.
Over all it makes things less complicated no matter what kind of relationship you want.click to expand

My conception of heaven is completely unconventional, so whatever you are picturing is a million steps behind where I'm at intellectually speaking. I was a hard-line Atheist for 7 years, and all bout logic and science. I was going through my teen years when the New Atheism Movement was fresh and cool. So that frames what kind of perspective I would have on God, the afterlife, and religion. Even after converting.
To give you a hint, it's a lot more vague and abstract than the Modern Christian ascribes to. My belief is that it's a "place" where only Good things can happen. But that leaves things very... loose. Ultimately, you can have sex there. Or watch football. Or whatever suits your fancy. The especially important part, the part which you don't get, is that what I would have meant when I described "fucking bitches for all eternity". Is that I would have consensual NSA sex with women who desire the same thing.
I figured it would be... somewhat obvious. Considering I said that in response to, and to spite, a woman who is cheating on her husband. Considering that and everything else I said at the time, I thought it was obvious I was trying to strike a contrast between how she doesn't see the necessity to do things consensually and fair. Especially because, you know. I said "because I do things fairly and morally right. which "using people as a disposable commodity" like you are describing. Would be morally wrong? But having consensual NSA sex isn't using people as a disposable commodity, at least not any more than they are doing the same to me? So it's fair?
But, nonono. Let's get something straight. It's women who treat men as a disposable commodity. We are literally the ones who died en masse like Red Shirt star trek characters under the "women and children are sacred" policy for millenia. And when the issue of sex in military and such was confronted by women, it was made out to be a Woman's Rights issue.
