Hmnnnnn things that turn me off are signs of unhealthyness,
Bad nails - chewed to nubs, too long, yellow
Bad hair - balding (bald is hot, balding is not), dandruff, bad smelling hair
Bad skin - yellow, clammy/greasy, lacking vitality
Bad teeth - holes, crooked, bad breath
Personalities disorders come from unhealthyness so They manifest physically, I tend to pick up on shit.

When it is just legs connecting to a back with no bump in between :/
They can get some roundness I don't think thats too much to ask for 😛

The flirting really depends. My guy can make pleasant conversation and joke and have fun with lady friends in front of me all night. I don't consider that flirting. Even if they think he's attractive...that's adorable. It's the flirting that crosses lines that bothers me, and it's hard to describe it.

You get a sense of when it becomes overtly sexual flirting, with intent.
Someone who pretends to be interested but is not and just putting me to the side just in case all other plans fail-_-

Example (professional environment):
A person who, due to their behavior, is subjected to multiple warnings and disciplinary action. Said behaviors resulted in high turnover in a group under their management. Because they had been at this place a long time, company cannot just get rid of them but has to build a case for "just cause".
Person is able to weasel into another management position, and continues to engage in the same exact behaviors.
That, IMHO, is someone incapable of learning.
There are other examples that don't involve professional environments, but it was the first one I thought of. Hope it clarifies.

A condescending attitude, overly pragmatic (if you're not productive in anything you do - then it's a waste of time -_-), materialistic (money makes the world go round... money money money... / it's all about the bling, no substance!), to serious (why so serious?), to much make-up (a bit of lipstick - should be more than enough : ), long/fake nails, cruelty... to name a few.
