We're anti social society, but if you look for Filipino then maybe

There are tons of Filipinos here. Join one of the Pinoy clubs or go to the Filipino cultural center. You'll be fine.

i like meeting new people... and i socialize in terms of geography, culture and history. i know a lot about these things and it's my way of connecting to other people. 🙂
Who cares. Americans don't know history or culture

Yes and they are very different so it was a big culture shock for me but anything is adaptable if you have the right attitude.click to expand

That's good that you were able to adapt.
I went to Manila for my studies. My first year, I was easily able to adapt but when I entered law school, it became really hard finding friends there... I was able to adapt only after two years...click to expand

You have to think too with law school everyone was probably hyper focused on their studies too. Where is it you are thinking of moving to in the US?click to expand

Im so sick and tired of people painting the US in this bad light but yet everyone wants to live here. Riddle me that?! Knock that shit off...it's getting old! Every country thru out time has had or done some fucked up things. Does shit happen...yes but majority don't think or act like what's portrayed in the media.
You will make friends. It may be hard at first and that's due to age...it's always harder when older but not impossible. We are not anti social and we very much like people and other cultures.
+1 👏
I think it's because we are so honest about out issues, where in other countries it's swept under the rug.click to expand
