Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of an obsessed spirit lover?

I have an incubus that's been with me since I was 9 years old and he thinks he's my husband. I just found out about him three years ago and have done releasing, banishing -- well, lots of things short of exorcism to shake him off. He left for a bit but comes back every now and then especially when I am stressed, anxious or sad probably because he feels it is his duty to keep me company and comfort me.

Now, unlike other incubi, this one has not ravaged me yet and I'm thankful for that. He's kind of old school and wants my unconditional acceptance of him before he consummates our relationship. I want him gone because he is the biggest obstacle to my having a committed relationship as he wants me all to himself and works to distance those who like me and those I like on the spiritual plane. (yeah, it sucks)

He turns up in my aura pictures too so that is kind of creepy but at least there's proof that he exists and it's not just made up mumbo jumbo of those psychically gifted/clairvoyants that have alerted me to his presence.

Anyone with experience in this?

Have you had an aura cleansing? You would probably have to have several, with an experienced practitioner actually "amputating" the cord that ties him to you repeatedly.

These spirits are, unfortunately, much more difficult to get rid of as they are attached to a person, rather than a house or location, but it can be done. It doesn't surprise me that he comes around when you are stressed or upset. It's when he can find an "in" as you are more vulnerable. Visualization techniques during these times (i.e. surrounding yourself with white light, or encased in mirrors facing outward) could offer you some extra protection and prevent him from getting in.

Aura cleansing? No, I haven't tried that yet but will research and explore. I have done heavy duty cleansing where I spent an hour immersed in the ocean (yes, the open seas) every day for a week and in deep prayer, contemplation. I did nothing but that for the entire week and ended up knowing everyone on the island I was on, lol.

He was gone for a long time after that BUT he still sent his minions to watch over me until such time he felt it was safe to approach and hang around me himself. That's when things generally come to a standstill in my life and that's when I notice.

Tell me more about the mirrors though, please. I should be encased inside mirrors? Like I'm in a cage and there are mirrors?

I'm familiar about God's white light and I do it every time I do maintenance cleansing -- bath infused with salt. I'm told I have to do this weekly for the rest of my life. Ugh.

So I do this -- the mirrors and the light -- every time I feel sad, anxious, etc?

BTW - I've heard of some ppl choosing an incubus over human partners because there are certain benefits that they get aside probably from the awesome otherworldly sex. Would you happen to know what these would be?

Yes, you imagine yourself surrounded by the backsides of large mirrors facing outward. The idea is that negative entities or beings will avoid you because they do not wish to see themselves (this technique works on humans, too, FYI). Some people have also recommended visualizing that your psyche has a garage door, and when you feel an intruder, slam it shut.

The sex may be incredible, but the risk is too great. You will then NEVER be free. He may not seem threatening now, but that is because you have not "completely" let him in, and toying with these thoughts may be what is encouraging him to stay around.

Just about all metaphysical type shops offer aura cleansings, or they will know where you can get one. Good luck!

I believe you and I have the same thing. I just found out about mines 8 months ago. My ex told me about him. My ex was born into voodoo and has capabilities some would only dream of. He told me a member of my mothers family put on me out of jealousy for my mom. When I was a baby not even 6 months, I got real sick to where I turned ghost white, developed pus like boils all over my body and my skin was pealing off. The doctors couldn't do anything to stop me from dying, she had to take me to the mountains and had a voodoo priest heal me. I was actually dead for like almost 30 min and I came back. My parents had to baptized me for two years straight on a regular basis to keep me alive by gods grace. This incubus org demon couldn't be destroyed because as I was told its and old demon like one of the first types to be created or whatever. It too think its my husband. My ex took me to the sea and did a ritual and I had to say a prayer and sleep with the salt from the water on me till the next day at sunrise. I had to sit under the first rising sun of that morning in order for it to work. Since I couldn't get rid of it, I could bind it and have it dancing around in circles while it tried to catch me or do stuff to m

I know exactly what that is like I also have a spirit who is obsessed with me, but I just found out about him about a week ago. I've had two serious relationships and I realize they both left and did not understand why but could not bring them selves to come back. I get a excitement that comes over me that my other ex-boyfriends could not get from me and I learned it was the spirit I guess having sex with me when I'm alone? It sounds horribly weird I know but I was told to go to the beach and there is where I can cleanse myself but it is a long process. I'm happy to know I am not the only one going through this but how can I get rid of this thing for good. I would rather a real man and husband not a spirit.

Alerolife -- so what were you told to do at the beach?

Since my last post, I have done lots of things to keep the incubus at a distance. We had the whole house cleansed of spirits and placed lots of protection in my room to keep unwanted spirits away. I also renewed my beach a couple of months ago. Last I checked with my psychic friend (the one who alerted me to his presence), she said that he doesn't hang around me anymore.

What she did say is that I would heave to periodically cleanse myself from time to time to ward him off. Also, I have to work at being positive because whenever I am sad or feel negative about stuff, that draws him close because he gets worried about me.

OTOH, another person who is in touch with spirits sensed the incubus also but he said that if the right guy comes along, he will step back and it is the love of that person who will shield me from this incubus interfering with my love life. He also told me to ask the incubus to leave me or leave my lovelife be so that I can be happy.

Just sharing. =)

That sounds like a phantasm/fantasy really.
Although I've had a few succubi in my time given that context.
So how does one rid themselves of succubi too please ? 🙂

Oh, I suppose it would be the same as getting rid of an incubus. I wouldn't know if a succubus is as jealous and possessive as an incubus that she would effectively paralyze your love life. What's your experience on this so far?

Joanie I go to see someone on a weekly basis who never actually told me what to do when I go to the beach but I did go this weekend and I stood in the water and prayed. I also stop drinking because I read in an article that's a weakness that the incubus feeds off of. So drinking and sex including masturbation is something that I have stopped to see if things will get better. I know this will take time it's just supportive knowing that there is hope that I can actually find true love and keep them lol. I was also told to get an altar for my house.

One of my friends has this problem, she can feel when its around it even followed her to school today. It didn't make its self known until we were talking about what was bugging her. She has been having rough sex dreams and hs bruises on her legs. In her dreams she feels as if a inknown force is making her lay down on a bed in a feild, and its pitch black. She says she can see a man whos she guesses who is around 6ft tall. She says the entire time the sex os going on she is staring at his face, but it is blurry so she can not really see his face. She says its been happening to her since she was about 10, and she is 15 now. Her mother had a weji board when she was 10 but just for display. She and a friend of herd at the time were moving the peice around randomly and freakced out when it started moving on its own, but she did not understand what was happening and her mother wont help her, she thinks that her daughter is imaginating it. Anyway she said it stoped after a while but ever time she moved or somthing it would come back as if it was mad she moved. I have no idea if she has moved recently or not. But today at school she finaly came and told me and 2 other friends what was going on. S (I'm only putting the first initials if their names) said judging from what she told us it was an Incubus. We were talking about it in our class when she just started looking around, she said she could feel him watching her, so S. went to stand behing her because thats where she felt him and S. said that entire area behind J. (the girl with the incubus following her) was really hot. so I went and stood behind her but it felt really cold to me. then I told J. to move away so she went across the room and i could feel cold breaths on my neck. My friend S. moved in my spot and she could feel it to. my frienk K. was there as well and we are all looking for anwsers to get rid of the incubus because its affecting her health she is getting really sick very fast. We're scared for her she was almost crying today when she told us. S. and K. and I are wiccas but we are not very expericed yet. well maybe S. shes the one who knowns the most. Please help us save our friend shes inly 15 and a sophmore in high school she doesn not deserve this harrassment

@Ovs - you seem to know alot about this topic. I only say that because I started having the sleep paralysis around 9. I had them every night from 9 until around 21. I met a guy at 21 and one day we were in his bedroom just hanging out. I dosed off for a split second and had a weird nightmare that felt so freaking real. Mind you, I wasnt really sleep...I simply closed my eyes.

I closed my eyes and there was this dark image (shadowy) of a man. I felt paralyzed for a few minutes. Unable to move or scream. The image was in the room with us, at the foot of the bed in fact. I felt it was a demon (had a few exp seeing them w/o being asleep) and remember praying in my sleep(I ALWAYS DO THIS!!!!). Next thing you know the hold was broken and I reached out and grabbed my bf arm. He looked at me like I was crazy and I asked him if he saw anything. He told me NO. I never mentioned it to my bf.

That was 10+ years ago. I have had dreams of having sex with a demon/beast/celebrity (Jay Z and Nelly) since then. I recently had sex with someone in my sleep but havent been having much in real life. I'm not an overtly sexual person. Every so often I get HORNY but I can usually count on one hand how many TIMES I have sex a year.

Whats going on—

Ever since we were young my girlfriend have had experiences. My girlfriend and I didn't meet until we were about 12 and didn't start dating until we were 14/15. We never told each other about what was going on until recently.

She started having "sex" dreams when she was like 8 years old. She told me that they always felt very real, and she does get the heavy feeling on her chest even when shes awake. Now that shes living with me I'm afraid that I've made it worse since she can no longer remember her dreams and when she slightly wakes up she can feel something on her thighs like a hand holding her thigh down or something. There is other evidence as well she called me one morning when we didn't live together and she had fallen asleep with her shorts on and whole and when she woke up that morning they were torn apart and on the floor. even when she has night mares she doesn't move she just whines. The incidents also became worse when she lived at her grandmothers house which is a very religious home.

I also started having "sex" dreams around 8-9 years old that felt very real, which was odd because I had no idea what they were. As I got older they got worse I'd wake up with claw marks on my arms and back, but when I told my mom she just said I probably hurt myself on the desk next to my bed. One night when my gf and I were laying down and talking she started acting strange and holing me tightly, telling me something was trying to make her understand that I belonged to it and not her After I bought my girlfriend and myself a pentacle the attacks seemed to lessen and then her mother broke it in half and mine disappeared the next day. (It was on my neck so if it had came off it would have been on the floor) After that I tried other things I found, but nothing worked. My attacks always seem to be the same, but hers seem to have gotten worse since she moved in with me. Well until recently, even after we have slept a FULL 8 hours we both are extremely tired when we wake up and last night we both slept all night and day because every time we woke up we felt like we were being forced back to sleep. When I am awake I have felt odd feelings when I'm alone like I'm being touched down there and shes told me shes felt like shes had something inside her when nothing was. (you know a male part)

I just turned 20 and shes 18 this has been going on for a long time. I also have other entities that follow me from home to home even states ever since I was a child.

How do I get one and how different is an Incubus to a Sukubust?

I imagine there are summoning rituals out there for one.
An incubus is the male and succubus is the female. That is the main difference. I imagine they would act as such, too...such as, an incubus using it's strength to get at you, and succubus trying to be seductive. Though I've no doubt they're both very strong.

The thing to keep in mind is that these are evil. They may seem like they care about you, or that it's good if they're around if you're having a slow sex life, but stay away from them. It's like the mermaid legend, or sirens. They bring you in with their voice or beauty and if you follow them, you will die. Infact, they can feed on your life energy and your health can decline, or you can die.

I have the same problem I have just become aware that I have an invubus. I have had him for almost two years now. He presents himself in my bpdreams as a beautiful man who lusts over me. I have woken up with marks ans scratches on my body. How do I shake him off he has a bit of strength. I've been told h wants me as his wife that he wants to have a child with me. This is scary and frustrating as I don't belong to it. I am Married but due to work my husband is often gone. And I am alone. I feel frustrated at times because of this like its his fault but at the same time it's mine. How do I get ride of this thing. I've burnt frankincense and candles infused with white sage Have burnt nan champa but nothing it gets quiet around the house for a few days then it begins again. I hear clicking or knocking or something. This is him letting me know he is around Its more annoying and scary then anything else. Help how do i expel it without it getting upset with me and retaliating. How can I prevent this from happening

Incubus phenomenon is called "sleep paralysis". I have experienced it on and off. If you stay up too many days and/or especially if you fall asleep too fast, by meds, drugs, or you're just plain exhausted, your brain goes almost immediately into third stage R.E.M. sleep, the deepest part of a typical sleep cycle which I believe usually occurs about 2 to 3 hours after you actually fall asleep. So your mind is in deep sleep but your body is not yet... so, if you awaken soon after this, your body will not be in sync with your mind, and that creates the helpless feeling of being totally aware and yet unable to open your eyelids or move. I know it's a terrible feeling! Remember your mind is more powerful but the body has no control, it's out for the count when your that tired. Remedy that helped me: when it happens DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO FALL BACK ASLEEP for about 30 minutes to one hour maximum...stand up, walk about, turn on lights have a small cup of regular tea or coffee...then go back to sleep and you'll be fine. Also, if you find the fighting to awaken too scary initially, try to not fight, but relax your muscles and allow it to happen, knowing it's normal, then give a good fight again, nothing bad is happening...it's just your mind vs your body, and you are in total control! Hope this helps.

Lol I don't believe in incubus and all that mumbo jumbo but I'm certain it's a different experience than sleep paralysis. One can easily cause sleep paralysis on themselves.

Incubus, never happened to me. I think that's a culture related fact.

What happens to me, happened 4 times. In all the times, the voice always comes from my back - I sleep aside - so if I try to move, I wake up totally.
The 1st time, I feel pushed and the voice telling me: "move on, move on" - It's happens after 2 nightmares about things that will happens to me weeks later.
The 2nd time, It just said: "he's here" - I reply: "yes, am here" and wake up totally.
The 3rd time I didn't hear it but something hold my right arm strongly. I punch it and then I wake up.
The 4rd time was weird, I was sleeping and I feel it near by. I couldn't move my neck to see it but I could get up and I see a black being in my bed. Every time I try to wake up (leave the REM state) I end up like being in the dream again. 3 times or more that happens and every time I went into dream again (I was always dreaming anyway) the dreams were different.
Finally I wake up @ 3 a.m. (more/less) and remembered part of the dreams.
