Why all the moves?
a fresh start is always nice but packing up is so stressful.

Short term rentals, not by choice. But I live in a beach town, right on the beach. And they refuse to miss out on the tourist/vacationer money here by renting annually to anyone.

That seems really unfair
First time I moved was for my new job. I had shitty roommates and a shady landlord so I only stayed there for less than 2 months.
Got out of there, moved my stuff into storages and crashed at my bf's for a little over a month.
Found my current place that has been great...up until the last few week. Shit is getting weird. Been here 5 months I want to say.

Saw a cute guest house today...meeting with them again this weekend...
It's exhausting to have to move again but I don't think I can stay here much longer.

Sooner or later you will find the perfect place and settle down long term. Don't stay anyplace where you feel unhappy.

5 months is a long time to be somewhere that has been "great"
"weird" has only been for a few weeks
Perhaps, it would be more prudent to try and ride out the weird, to get back to great .. rather than tuck fin and swim

More prudent...perhaps.
But current housemate made things weird and now I'm not feeling comfortable in my 'home'. Gotta move on to the next. As long as I can find something better.

That seems really unfair
(shrugs) yep, but at the same time no one forced us to live right here on the coast lol literally 5 mins from the sea. Someone told me if we move further into town, it's easier. But I'd rather just move up North to a bigger city after the summer. For now I'm looking forward to making the most of summer here 😏
