Hi just had a question on whether I should keep pursuing my leo man or if I should just give up. First let me say I just got out of a marriage before I met the leo man and he had just gotten out of a relationship a few months into talking to me. So in total we had been talking for 6 months before we went out on a couple of dates and it was great! We got along and he seemed to sweep me off my feet by cooking for me and hanging out with me. Then after 6 more months I quit working with him at the same job and it seemed like he was becoming more distant. I brought it up to his attention and he just claimed he was trying to work on himself and career. Well I guess I kept pushing too much to want a relationship because the next two months were horrible, he would make plans to see me but then flake out and I would get upset and then we would end up arguing. I guess he felt I was too co dependent and I agreed and apologized but after that he said that we both needed to work on ourselves before anything else. I was upset and after texting for a couple of days about it I hesitated but agreed. I texted him this “ I don’t want it to ruin the days either... but can you just make it clear to me if all you want is a friendship?

It’s okay if you do, but you need to tell me so I don’t feel like I’m being led on into something that I’m imagining.“. And he responded with this “ Yes that’s what I want for right now. It just is better it won’t be healthy for anything more... but that doesn’t mean like poof my feelings are gone they’re still there I can’t do anything about that. I don’t intend to change tho I can’t not talk to you or want to hang out or see you I’m sorry like I’m just saying I can’t provide what it is you want right now.”

I’m recently starting to work again at the same place and wonder if I should just give up and try other options. Or if he is expecting me to stay and wait for him?

I feel like maybe I moved to fast and pushed him away by being to clingy.

Why are you having a difficult time believing what he has said when what he's said LINES UP with his actions? 🤔

Why chase and pursue a man who has made it CLEAR that he doesn't want a romantic relationship w you? 🤔

Why not take his advice and WORK on yourself? 🤔



If you want to nullify your dignity, continue pursuing him.

If you want to face rejection over and over, continue to pursue him.

If you want to be continuously disappointed, left in the dark, confused, ignored etc etc etc, continue doing the same thing while expecting a different result.

🤷 The CHOICE is yours.
