I am more of the type who thinks it’s always better to know more. If people discover it’s not just that one weird guy, but also your brother who you thought was a decent person, and that college friend who has never hurt a fly, then they see that it’s something that needs to be understood and dealt with differently. Of course some people just need a death sentence for the shit they do, but hopefully there are those who know they have a problem and want to change. So when it comes to that, what is the proper treatment? Let them roam on the dark webs for child porn while otherwise having a normal life? Sounds wrong to me. It just creates a market for child porn, which obviously is a no-no. Let them have their sexual fantasies about kids while we “try to stick together more”? Sounds wrong to me too. No good solution. i’m stumped.

There is nothing in my post history except uncontrolled emotions, just like everyone else which is why I said it’s fine. I understand. I’m just not going to fight with you. I got into criminal psychology because knowledge is power, and the more you learn about something, the better chances you have of doing something about it. I felt what I felt, and it terrified me because I knew it shouldn't be happening.

I got into criminal psychology because knowledge is power, and the more you learn about something, the better chances you have of doing something about it. I felt what I felt, and it terrified me because I knew it shouldn't be happening.

What happens to those abused by pedos. How does their brain chemistry change so radically that some become abusers?
They internalize the pain and without having a source to release it, they will sometimes inflict that on others. They try to gain that control back any way they can and yes studies have shown many victims will become the abusers. Not only in sex crimes but physical, emotional and mental abuse situations as well.

I never said to side with evil people, maybe I didn’t write it out enough. My only point was to not lose faith in humanity. That not being able to trust your neighbor or family is worse then the evil in the world. Maybe some truly can’t because their life ended up that way, which I understand. The world needs good strong people though. Ones that can truly feel with their heart more then their mind. The second there isn’t anymore there won’t be anyone around to fight the wicked people plaguing the world in the first place. I’ll totally look into that book also, thanks. I’ll tell you why. In my early 20s one of my best friends was accused of sexually abusing a 2 year old baby. He was 18, and dating a young 19 year old girl who was extremely neglectful of her child. She always pawned her off on other people, so she could go out and be a young girl. Then her baby went to the doctor for a rash, and they found out she was raped and had genital warts. The first person the local cops interrogated was my best friend, who was too stupid to get a lawyer. They claimed he had warts too, and gave it to the child. They got him to say some bullshit, and made it out like he was admitting to it. By then the community got hold of it, and wanted him dead. Death threats to his mother and brother, friends, and anyone else who associated with him. You want to know the best part? When he got the std test he did not have warts, only the mother and child did. He was said to be guilty, and given 15 years. After he was in jail I got word from a girl I knew after prying that the mother took her baby to a party, and left her upstairs. The mother, some guy, and other women all started to mess around in the other room. The guy also had warts, just like the mother and the child. But it was too late, my friend was already in prison and if anyone took his side they were considered a pos. So I hate this topic. The cops have no way of finding the person who actually did it, do they put the first person they possibly could above the fire.

Yea, maybe a fully grown adult, but not an 18 year old fresh out of high school that knows nothing about the world. He was too dumb to make the right decisions in that circumstance. The cops took full advantage of it too.
There was no dna test, he passed the lie detector test 3 times out of 3, and all the cops had was the idea he had warts, which the doctor in court prove was false. But it didn’t matter. The cops knew they couldn’t find anything better, and the community wanted someone to hang.

When I see a thread like this with statistics though, I can’t help but think how many were actually innocent. There are lazy cops all over the country. They just want someone to take the blame. I’m not defending the idea of a pedo, I can just tell the people here are no different then those in my community. They are so boxed in they lost the ability to see outside of it . I’ll tell you why. In my early 20s one of my best friends was accused of sexually abusing a 2 year old baby. He was 18, and dating a young 19 year old girl who was extremely neglectful of her child. The first person the local cops interrogated was my best friend, who was too stupid to get a lawyer. They claimed he had warts too, and gave it to the child. They got him to say some bullshit, and made it out like he was admitting to it. By then the community got hold of it, and wanted him dead. Death threats to his mother and brother, friends, and anyone else who associated with him. You want to know the best part? When he got the std test he did not have warts, only the mother and child did. He was said to be guilty, and given 15 years. After he was in jail I got word from a girl I knew after prying that the mother took her baby to a party, and left her upstairs. The mother, some guy, and other women all started to mess around in the other room. The guy also had warts, just like the mother and the child. But it was too late, my friend was already in prison and if anyone took his side they were considered a pos. So I hate this topic. The cops have no way of finding the person who actually did it, do they put the first person they possibly could above the fire.
