How many words there are to use when addressing the person you love excluding 'baby, honey, cupcake...all these nauseating stupid honey bunnies etc.' when you talking to a person who are not in any shape or form 'baby' or 'bunny'?

I don't use words to express my love. I show it. And give signals. i.e winks, perch my lips, twinkle, delightful smile etc.
