The Moon is in your 4th house right? That's your mother and comfort in her memory and reverence for her and older women in general. That might explain at least some of it IMHO.

It's a coastal city so we all are at the beach every wkd or night for sunset drinks.
I think the beach life style promotes good looking ppl.
Plus heaps of these older women are out socializing and the pubs are packed with good looking men.
I think guys in late 30s to 45 are pretty hot. Long hair is big down here. Surfing culture etcetera.
Everyone's got sunscreen on anyways.
Plus freo has a big Italian population so these men are tanned.
