Between "i love you/him/her" and "i have love for you/him/her" ?

I think you cannot blindly trust someone saying i love you, you have to feel that love and emotion from them. Someone saying i have love for you most probably means it and is sincere. But yes one can mean in love, other can mean have love but not in love. click to expand

I see. How about, he told me that he loves me so much and he has love for her?
