they dont want a responsibility to explain everything their church/religion and its blind followers without brain fxxxd up 🙂

but seriously, lots of people confuse faith-religion-church, and lots of people think being religious is quoting from holy books and go to the church once a week - it may make people dubious about the whole thing, if they are the same

Practical extremists (pragmatic to a T), highly skeptical and logic driven. As far as i know... for most atheists that statement comes as a response (or a trigger) - while interacting with religious people who are to open about their religion (people who are logic driven - find it really hard to put up with a certain level of ignorance/stupidity) - or worst - if they're forceful with their religious views...



I'm not an atheist, tho - i'm not against atheism either. I mean, for most part they seem... kinda sane. Can't say the same about religious people... especially the ones from the other extreme (religious fanatics). As history goes to prove. ☠

Sorry to spam this thread but gosh what an interesting topic. I don't think a lot of people really get into deep thought about religion, death, "god," whatever nowadays. And I think people should talk about it more because gosh, one day we are all going to die. And sometimes I feel like people don't truly like understand the depth and like craziness of it all. Like one day you are GOING to die. That is a fact. And you will never be 100% sure what happens unless you die. And no one has came back to life to tell us what happenz ~

So it's lowkey like really scary to me that one day we are all going to have to face the unknown. And some of can be soooo sure of our religion, faith, beliefs - whatever. But none of us truly know. But we will all find out.

I'm terrified.

i think everyone has to find what they are comfortable with. it's definitely a personal decision.

No, I mean, I personally definitely feel like there's "something." And apart of me even feels like we chose to be born here and take on this life and attempt to learn whatever lesson we have to for some kind of soul purpose/advancement.

Consider myself spiritual but don't associate with any particular man made religions, more of a buddhist philosophy. Enjoy having conversations with atheists to get their viewpoints. My questions are what happens when you die, do you believe in an afterlife/angels, and how do you explain child prodigies? The answers were: you just die, no, and that they are genetically gifted or idiot savants. Who knows? I believe in an afterlife and reincarnation. Also hope that the next go round is easier, as this one had a lot of kick-in-the-ass lessons to learn. I'm putting in a request to come back as a trust fund baby or dolphin trainer. Either one works for me.

I've never understood that.

Did God put us here to test us in the way of sin? "Let's see if they can go without sin and make it into heaven!"

I thought Jesus sacrificed himself so that all of God's children could go to the kingdom of heaven regardless of their sin.

Let just say I already doing my research for 11 years and found that my research and religion im believed in dont contradict each other and actually it prove that what the book said is actully true.

Why is there a test? Why would God create beings just to test them?

Because not all people worthy to be in heaven.

Imagine if murderer, thief etc and did not change its way sent to heaven ? what gonna happen ? then heaven will be corrupted as earth would not it ?

That is the reason God create this earth to see which one should be sent to hell and which one to be sent heaven.

Your entire argument is a fallacy based on no real fact. Both an appeal to authority (whomever taught you about God) and and appeal to ignorance (No one can prove He doesn't exist. Therefore, He exists) through "faith". Both are reasons that are logically incorrect.

I could therefor call you "stupid" for both lacking any logical reasoning, and blindly believe what is taught.. but I don't. I don't judge people based on what they believe, unless those believes are derived from hate.. with the intention to hurt.

Let say, in religion im believing now, I found many thing which is impossible for human at that time to write such thing.

Like how true it is what it say about what happening now about "gog and magog", about how human formed in mother womb, about two sea, about pharaoh body been found and preserved, etc2.

Let just say I already doing my research for 11 years and found that my research and religion im believed in dont contradict each other and actually it prove that what the book said is actully true.

Why is there a test? Why would God create beings just to test them?

Because not all people worthy to be in heaven.

Imagine if murderer, thief etc and did not change its way sent to heaven ? what gonna happen ? then heaven will be corrupted as earth would not it ?

That is the reason God create this earth to see which one should be sent to hell and which one to be sent heaven.

Good point. They all interpret differently and expect something different to get into heaven. Which begs the question.. which one is correct?

Lol actually the media want people to not believe in bible. I mean the real bible. Even back then people have been fooled by word like "all their sin already forgiven so you could do all sin".

I care little about religion, one way or another, as long as it is not forced on me.

I identify as Agnostic, simply because there is no proof either way to disprove there is no God or there is one. So to definitively say one way or another, bothers me, as it can not be proven as a factual statement.
