Do you ever feel the need to slow yourself down?

So you can think more clearly or find the right way down the path? Like you’ve gotten all excited but was that really what you needed to do? For yourself.

In career, in love, in dating, in friendships, parenting etc.

I always slow down after getting too excited about something or someone. It's my inner voice saying that this may be too good to be true. Enjoy it as long as it lasts! But hey, I have Mars conjunct Saturn in Aries.

I wish I could live more in the moment, instead of rushing into the future. Relaxing and enjoying the moment..maybe this is what wise, older people are doing, and why they are generally happier than younger ones.

Lol I’m always needing to slow myself down. I get out of balance, more emotional, and then I just need to slow it all down.

Just wondering if that is a Saggie thing in that we get so excited, or perhaps it’s just an aging thing.

Noooo...excitement is the most youthful trait one can possess! Look at children...they beam with excitement. But even they come crashing down and sleep like logs.

Fire signs are excitable per definition. The Sag I know is refreshingly hyper and possibly bipolar (according to himself), but not as bad as needing therapy.

That's what we got to learn in the six years Saturn was in our 12th and 1st house. And Jupiter in the 12th too, btw.

I've learned it, and invented methods to organize myself. Yet I notice my nature still tends to want to do a lot on the same day. Only my body reminds me of what I learned in the past years.

Yes, I get excited and immerse myself in something. Then I lose track of larger goals and lose rest. I need to take time off and settle, get my bearings straight again, resume life as it was. This usually happens when I start something new.

I feel bad I used to be so ashamed of the Sagittarius bits in my chart. I wondered if people would judge me due to the general nature of ssgittarians. It's not easy for me to admit like hey I love Sagittarius in my chart if I slow down I could at least try😊

Why ashamed? There are really good traits and not so good ones just like any sign. Gotta be who you are, and not worry about the haters. Slowing down helps not be as excitable and have more control of what’s happening in your life.

I have sag rising and I sometimes get so excited I'll text or call about the exact thing I'm thinking about randomly no matter what lol. I don't think it through but at that moment it feels and seems great!

I think it's wonderful to get excited over things. After suffering a bout of depression for 6 weeks a year ago I had forgotten what a wonderful feeling it is xx

Idk I missed this. I was ashamed because people always accused me of being into Justice and then later on in life religion. Idk I think at this point only God can help me because im a really damaged person. I really appreciate the advice. You are so sweet.
